Couldn't be Happier with our stay at this Best Western. Room was gorgeous and large. Location close to where we wanted to be but not in the Frenzy  Service was superb and price was very fair. Free breakfast was very good and included fried egg  potatoes, sausage party and make it yourself eagles every day in addition to cold offerings  Coffee and tea available at all times. Could use hook in bathroom door as no place to hang anything there  Would absolutely stay here again if in this area and would now look for Best Western lotions wherever we travel.

My family stayed there for spring break and the staff was nice. The rooms were clean and in good condition. They have a pool which was warmish and nice just not too deep (about 4'11"). Breakfast was good, they have waffles, eggs, sausage, and other bread items, and some other good stuff. I would recommend this hotel if you are heading to Niagara falls.

I would definitely say this is a cozy place. The room was neat. I think this hotel was remodeled. Room looks modern but the surrounding areas look little dated. There is an elevator. There is a swimming pool. Business center was cool. Breakfast has good.

This was our second time visiting this best western in 3 months..this last time it was our 19th anniversary weekend getaway.....and we having nothing but good things to say about the motel,the service  and  the accommodations were great... unlike the recent review we did not find the room uncomfortable at all no matter what temperature we set it at  it followed through just fine.. our first rooms door lock  did not scan  due to battery problems...and  immediately it was taken care of ,and we were moved to a better upgraded room...they were very accommodating and apologetic...the breakfast was more than enough for what we wanted to eat in the morning ...and the ladies that look after the breakfast items are very pleasant and on the ball if anything is needed
...both times that we've stayed here the rooms are clean and in mint condition...and the pool area, and pool water ,was warm and clean ,with a very well ventilated system..as usually I get a headache from most motel pool areas due highly  chlorinated chemicals...but I didn't experience that here...location is perfect.. we found our way around to the Olive Garden and Outlets everything is nicely close by and close to the airport...but far enough away from heavy traffic....its nice to see they are making  improvements in the front lobby...but doesn't effect the motels accommodations at all... we will definitely be coming back here to stay again and hopefully to check out the new improvements...thank you best western 😉

Our room was super clean and the Maid service was excellent! Beds were very comfy. The continental  breakfast was delicious  with a variety of things to eat. 

A few things I didn't  like was the sounds of children running through the hallway. It sounded like a herd of elephants stampeding. I also didnt like the plug outlets. The outlets  were loose and the plugs wouldn't  stay plugged in for long.
