Monsieur Muffler Pneus et Mécanique

Went in because my muffler was hanging low and rattling. I need my car for work so I was worried about repairs taking days and days. Went it and compete replacement of my muffler and some other parts of the exhaust was done in like half an hour! Was so pleased it was quick and painless. Probably a bit expensive but at least I wouldn't have to take time off work.

FAKE REVIEWS WITH NO PIC OF PERSON ABOVE AND BLELOW.. if there's no picture just a letter this means email is used for fake reviews just to cover up all the real bad reviews that have pictures of a person. all these reviews that don't have a picture of a person are completely fake and used to make u think it's a great place.. I wouldn't put it past these snakes expect fake upsell along with rudeness.. this place was amazing before when it was managed by Chris but he left about 6-8 year ago.. since then iv only stoped there when there was an urgency and these type of mechanics smell it and love to see that they can try to pull more money out of you.. never tow a car or even go to this place on st Jacques. If been going to many mechanics on st Jacques for many years, mr.muffler is by far the worst mechanics down there, they should loose the right to ruin name of mr.muffler across Canada I work on my own car all the time and I know what needs to be changed before going in.. he will force you to change stuff that doesn't need to be changed and if you try to speak up he will be very rude and used racial slurs.. I'm about to call head office to make another complaint.. there is a w5 news on guys like these in Toronto.. they should do it also in Montreal and take away they're large name.. consumers need to be protected I know a lot about cars and do mods I didn't want to continue in the snow so I towed it over ad got this.. it's really just a belt and pully and he's trying to make me change all pulleys belt and tensioner and he doesn't want to use the parts I already have brand new.. he also told me to tow it there and was very polite at the beginning.. these guys are snakes and I know enough to know that if they could pull this with me I can't imaging the innocent people out there that no nothing about cars and fall for the lies and snake treatment

I've brought my car in on many occasions and I always experienced honesty and integrity from mechanics. As someone who has been driving for over 25 years, I don't say this often. The staff here will explain all your options to you and without the BS. The prices are great and so is the service. I will definitely be returning for my mechanical needs.

Danny and Richard are very professional, straightforward, courteous and cheerful. They provide terrific customer service. The mechanics are very knowledgeable, quick, and polite. We take our car there for everything, not just mufflers. My wife and I recommend this garage to everyone.
