Staff few and far between--same as other C-T stores. Some good deals, some not so good. Buyer beware and shop carefully. Cookware department has the best deals and selection, but wait for specials on name-brand pots and pans: they come around once a month usually.

Large, clean, well stocked. Purchases and Returns handled efficiently and friendly. Staff seem tired on occasion but always cooperative. Great variety of stock. Traffic is frequently a problem when coming to this location. Has a parking lot.

Store has everything you need. Sale prices are gr8. I bring my car for mechanical repairs and i am always happy. The staff is helpful and friendly.

Would give them may be 4 stars for store, so far so good comparing even to the near one "Angrignon" !! But forget to call the auto service department!! Tried few times in 2 days to take an appointment. Either waited for 20 minutes with no answer, or they have simply hanged-up on me!!!!!!!!!!!

If i could give it a 0 star i would, never ever going back to the mechanic shop there again. I brought in my car for a simple front/rear light change (as well as the top break light). It took them over 3-4 hours for them to change the lights, seriously, to do a light change? only to find out the next day that they broke the plastic clips in the top break light when they tried to open it for a light change. They mechanics never informed us of this issue and we had to find out the next day when the whole cover and light snapped off while we were driving. I spoke to the supervisor, Mario, so that they could replace the error, and he said that "they ordered the parts and put a note in the system, and would call us back to let us know". lo and behold they never called us back, and after over two weeks of calling every day speaking to the supervisor or one of the workers, we finally reached the assistant supervisor Darren, who told us that the parts were never ordered and there wasn't any note on file! Darren who was very nice took care of the issue right away after we called, ordering the necessary parts for replacement,and had the head mechanic take care of the replacement in under 20 minutes. Unfortunately it seems that Darren is the only honest and competent worker in that mechanic shop. Avoid at all costs, workers are incompetent and cause more problems than they fix
