I am consistently impressed with the service at Merson. As someone who does not know what's going on "under the hood", I find they have been informative and honest, and the quotes are always fair or under what the dealership has quoted. I hadn't always known it was a family business (the original Mr. and Mrs. Merson have now retired and their daughter and her husband run it). However this becomes clear when you notice that everyone you deal with -- from the owners to the mechanics -- is courteous and friendly. It's obvious customer service is a value that runs in the family... and entire company.

I trust Merson Auto 100% with my Subaru. I've been going to them for many years and I've always gotten excellent service and advice. Their team lets me know what repairs are necessary, what's on the horizon and they keep great records on the history of my car. It makes me feel safe to be on the road in a car that is well maintained. Highly recommended!

I'm very skeptical when it comes to fixing anything on the car (and I'm sure I'm not the only one in this situation) because usually, when going to service the car, I feel like a sheep going into the wolves den... Well, this feeling doesn't apply to Merson, where I wend last September and got the feeling I might have found a trustworthy garage. Hence, I called them Friday evening because of problems with my brakes and they invited me to come Saturday morning (roughly 12 hours later) at 7:30AM! I was 110% sure it will cost me a fortune because most probably I will require all 4 wheels to be fixed, as it happened a couple years ago at the Nissan dealership when my truck was still under warranty (actually brakes are not covered under any warranty because they are considered consumables). Believe it or not: they (at Merson) told me that front brakes are still good for a while (50% life) and only the rear disks and pads need to be replaced + the exact cost I will incur... Rhetorical question: who else at a garage does that??? Long-story-short: I'm Merson's customer from now on, and that for both cars in my household!!! PS: I would give them more stars but unfortunately 5 is the limit...

A big thank you to Mark and the rest of the Merson team for their recent work. I dropped my car off with two flat tires at 11:00 pm and by 8:30 am the next day my car was ready. Of course, the speed of repairs depends on part availability and man power, but this is testament to the professional service one receives at Merson. Competitive prices, and friendly staff from the service desk through to the garage.

I recently switched to Merson for all our family's cars. I have to say their customer service mentality is exemplary compared to most garages. In two short months I have had two very positive experiences where they fully took care of my concerns - in one instance by making sure that only the most modest amount possible was charged, in another instance by taking the car back to correct a residual issue the same day at no charge. Thank you Merson team!
