Carrossier ProColor Montréal Ouest

The car was fixed after the accident, only time will tell how good.However on the detail side of the repair, I found it to be lacking. The car was dirty inside from filler dust and i'm still finding paint residues on the exterior ( different color).Also they forgot to reconnec windshield washer system back. I understand that i'm not the one paying ( insurance does) but still! A customer is a customer.

Took my car to the bodyshop which it was recommend from my insurance. I had my front bumper done. Job was a little sloppy. Customer service was very bad. Once my car was ready, they call you many times (harrassing) asking to bring their car back because they need it for another customer.

Je tiens à laissez un gros merci a Sylvain pour sa courtoisie, respect et plus important sa patience lors de la réparation de ma Honda Civic 2016. Ce qui à trait la réparation, je trouve que tout a été bien fait apart quelques détails au niveau de jupes du côté droit. Malgrès le mineur défaut, très belle job l’équipe ProColor, merci!
