Great guys! Worked on two of my cars and fixed everything. One headlight was fogging up after the change and they replaced it free of charge and questions.

Recommended to me by my insurance company and very happy with the end result and the service they provided. Arranged to be picked up and dropped off to the nearby car rental place. They were able to finish ahead of when they had originally planned which was great because it was right before the St Jean weekend break. Very friendly staff and super accommodating. One negative is that it's a very small with all the cars that are usually parked so it's a bit hard to get in and out of the place but that's not enough to knock down on my review. Will gladly come back here if I ever need some work done.

Went there as a referral from my insurance company. Very punctual and they saw me right away. They also explained what was going to be done to the car, and all the steps to be taken. Got my rental car, and repairs took the amount of time they said it would. Car looks beautiful. Told my insurance also how nice they are. Will defenitely go back for other repairs that I will pay myself. Amazing staff! Super friendly and honest. You feel like your with folks you knew for a long time. Thanks to Mike and Melissa, you're both great! By far best body shop in the city! Thanks again!

Recommended by my insurance company, I took my car here. The job took twice as long as they said it would. When I got home I realized that not only had they left visible glue under my window but had broken not only my back reflector but also part of the plastic in the back of my car. I waited over a month for an appointment to fix the job that wasn't done correctly to begin with. When I had to reschedule that appointment I found it impossible to do so. Calls and emails that were not returned. Emails giving vague reference to possible future appointments with nothing scheduled. I spent weeks trying to get them to fix the damage they had done to my car without being able to get an appointment. At this point I'm having to go back to my insurance to have them send me to another garage to fix the work of fixauto. I can't speak of other locations but I can say firmly that this location is a mess. The work done is not inspected to make sure it's done well. It's impossible to schedule an appointment. Their customer service is horrible. I would like to be clear that this is in reference to the location at 6010 St Jacques St, Montreal, QC H4A 2E9
