This is a dated hotel but the rooms are well kept. Staff is extremely friendly. The hotel also offers rooms with jacuzzi the in the room. Seasonal pool is located outside. Great location; Close to Clackamas shopping center and Target.

Old but very nice place. Go out their way to help. Only thing coffee only in room. I like where they have coffee set up for guest in lobby. Food smelled great in restaurant but prices alittle high. Right across from a BIG mall. That way great. Yes I would stay again.

It was nothing special. It was also very dated and some of the furniture was dirty. Worst pillows I've ever slept on and the bed was not comfy at all, which after a full day of walking usually anything is comfortable. You can also hear every.single.footstep the people above you make. Which was fun at two am listening to them walk around for an hour. Staff was friendly, nothing over the top. Given the chance I wouldn't stay here again for the price I can find something much nicer with more perks.

Comfortable rooms. However, the best elevator was only accessible by walking up 3 small stairs, not exactly wheelchair friendly as far as that goes. Close by to food and shopping though. There is a restaurant in the hotel, but we didn't try it because it seemed pricey and we really wanted bread sticks. They shuttled us from the airport and to Cruise America where we rented an RV, which was nice despite a almost incident (there was only 1 driver, but 2 groups that needed shuttling to very different places. We had been put on the schedule as needing shuttled, but there was some sort of mix up with everything, but they still were able to get us taken care of in a timely manner).

My questions is? WHY me and my fiance came in Saturday evening for a nice jette tub his and her day getaway we were turned away by your HOTEL staff members?Two of your front desk workers told my fiance he had no reservation under his name we made under Expedia.Then she proudly offered him to pay for the room as a walk-in paying customer.The other girl gave me a card with a fax # on it.But,WHY when we called Expedia back to confirm reservation that WE paid?The receptionist told him they see the reservation and they're about to call your hotel to confirm that we have a reservation there. But when the receptionist got back on the phone they said your HOTEL didn't want us back up in your hotel at all never to return? Question is no one never said anything about you guys was over book we didn't disturb anyone.My fiance been working for UPS over 17 years I've been working over 6 years paying my taxes and dues just like anybody else yes we are to Black Americans. Why was we refuse service?
