Great location. Great Staff. Swimming Pool. Clean AND large rooms. If all the thousands of motel/hotels I've had to frequent in the last 3 years, this place is my absolute favorite! Thank you, Econolodge for giving us such great accomodations over the years!!!!

We stayed here Sept 4th for one night in room #208. We were very happy with the room and how it was set up ... two tv's and a couch area, but when morning came we woke up to find that both me and one of my daughter's had been bitten by bed bugs. I showed the man at the front desk where I had been bitten and he said they would inspect the room. My daughter got the worst of it and had bites all up and down her sides. We still have huge mosquito like bumps where the bed bugs bit. They don't itch, but they sure are painful. Personally I would never stay here again.

The guy behind the counter did not takl much, but he was always there, paying attention and making me feel safe. The place was CLEAN and conviently located. I WILL recomend it to others!

Easy to find, rooms were CLEAN and updated, mattresses were new, did I say the rooms were clean. Great value for a hotel stay, Continental breakfast available and park right in front of your door. A little street noise but quiet neighborhood. A nice welcome to Portland.........m
