I love going to Modo Yoga! It’s become a part of my routine and I really look forward to attending the classes. All the yoga instructors are wonderful and do a great job of guiding the class through all the poses and even offering modifications for beginners. The facility is very clean and welcoming. It feels like a safe space to practice yoga. It’s only been about a month since I joined, but I am already seeing the benefits of yoga, specifically through my posture!
I was new to hot yoga and started 3 months ago at the Stoney Creek location and am really glad I did!! The front desk staff are always welcoming, the instructors are wonderful and there are class options for all levels and multiple class time options. The studio is clean and a good size and there is ample free parking right outside of the front doors. Highly recommend!!
Modo yoga is very welcoming and comfortable place. I had never done yoga before coming here and am now going almost every day. All the instructors are great and will help you after class if you have questions. They are all very knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend Modo yoga for new or experienced yogis!
I have recently started going to modo yoga this past month and the staff was so welcoming and made me feel very comfortable prior to entering the studio. The hot studio makes me feel so refreshed after and there are a variety of classes for everyone! And not to mention, they always have different promotions/incentives around the studio! As an ICU nurse, joining modo has made such a positive change in my overall health.
Really great studio overall! The staff are amazing, with tons of classes accessible at various skill levels. I have loved being able to book into classes on the fly and quickly became a regular! Would especially recommend Modo 60 classes with Marco for those starting out!
i just had my first class yesterday and i absolutely loved it! i did the modo 60 class and it was challenging and relaxing at the same time. overall, an amazing workout and i can’t wait to try out the other classes.
Discovering Hot Yoga has been interesting and fun. Doing so at Modo Yoga makes it all the more enjoyable: Staff is great, teachers are awesome and friendly, facility is clean and calm. Practice at your own pace; it’s challenging in all the right ways. Highly recommend!

My experience so far with Modo Yoga has far exceeded my expectations. Everyone is welcoming and guides you through all your poses with ease. As a beginner I was very nervous but realized quickly there’s no need to be, every teacher I’ve had has been great at explaining each pose and gently guides you through to the next. The facility is clean and well kept which is inviting. Best choice I’ve made!
