Story

At Moksha Yoga Hamilton, our motto is "calm mind, fit body, inspired life". We are more than just hot yoga studios; we are a community of vibrant, awesome people supporting, encouraging and inspiring each other in yoga and in life!

Moksha Yoga is founded on seven pillars - a set of ideas and philosophies we, as a community, try to live by both on and off our yoga mats. These pillars are:

Better yet, come and check us out in person! We have 2 locations: The first location is at 101 Osler Drive (in University Plaza) in beautiful Dundas and the newest location is at 270 Mud Street (Heritage Hill plaza) on Stoney Creek Mountain.

We offer classes 7 days a week from morning to night and our teachers and front desk staff are always happy to answer questions! Reach out to us for more info!

I love this studio. The facilities are beautiful and clean. The instructors are lovely and always available to answer questions or concerns. They have a wonderful variety of classes and, late evening classes allow me to practise after a long day at work.
I love the classes at both Modo studios and go wherever there’s a class that suits my timing. The people at the studios are friendly and the classes are always enjoyable. The heat and low light in the studios is perfect for practice and the music is unobtrusive. Modo is far and away the nicest studio I’ve been to. Thanks to everyone for restoring my equanimity at least once a week!
Great studio, friendly and welcoming. Big practice space and well heated. My only recommendation is to start offering props it's a lot to lug around otherwise and hands-on adjustments like other studios have.
The Dundas location facilities and Yogi’s make this a great studio to practice. Limitations with weights and blocks and forms of payment. Would like to see a high intensity flow class introduced to Modo. Other than that, I have no need to practice at another studio in the area. 4.8/5.0!
Modo Yoga Dundas has wonderful instructors and a great culture. The room is large and even when full it feels spacious . It feels really good to be back in hot yoga spaces again and this studio has great energy.
I love this place! The people are all very friendly and welcoming. I have attended other studios that seemed very cliques with instagram-type yogis. There is no judgemebt or expectations here. People of all shapes, sizes, ages, genders and nationalities. The studio is always clean and the hotroom is large and toasty. I definitely recommend!
Very relaxing atmosphere, and incredibly friendly staff. Studio is always clean. Owners and staff do a really great job of fostering community at the Studio with fun events each month.
Moved to dundas in September. Found this studio in October/November. Committed to a 12-month membership in December. It’s everything you need. Clean, challenging, hot, addictive. Big shout out to Michael and Caleb. They are amazing guides!

Joined the intro month with the intention of getting to a few classes here and there, and after a few I was hooked! So far I have attended 25 classes & I have 3 days left on my 30 day intro! The studio is clean, warm and inviting, the staff are very friendly and approachable…. I also love the idea of energy exchangers, where you help out at the studio for yoga classes, can’t wait to keep practicing & growing ‍
