We are always offering you the newest and hottest classes, with friendly instructors and small class sizes so you feel comfortable and welcome every time you come in. Some of the classes we offer include: yoga, pole dance, belly dance, zumba, numerous other classes, pilates and suspension yoga! We are the only studio in the Hamilton area to offer such a selection of classes, and the only studio to offer you endless options for commitment and pricing. Our classes are affordable, with options to fit all needs.

If you are a woman interested in alternative fitness styles, dancing, feeling sexy, and being part of a family of women that come in all shapes and sizes and support one another constantly... You should go here. It isn't a gym, it's a community that encourages you to be your best self.

I've been a student at Allure Fitness Inc since 2012. They have such a welcoming and positive environment and all the instructors are so knowledgeable and helpful. I love that they've been able offer so much online during the pandemic so I can keep up with  my favourite classes.

I love this gym. The staff and instructors are so friendly and awesome and very informative in the lessons. They make arobics fun in a clean comfortable safe environment.The prices are great and all around they get a 5 star from me. I recommend going here and trying out one of their programs they're lots of fun.

Enjoyed the atmosphere and welcoming from the staff. Pole 101 was fun but could have had more time learning on the pole than strength training for an intro class. Definitely would recommend

I've only been to one class sexy stretch but I loved it. The instructor was knowledgeable and fun, and I felt great during and after the class. I'm going to the same class again tonight and I can't wait.
