Really  great yoga studio  with two rooms  one for hot yoga another for non heated one.  They have a great  diversity  of classes  and the teachers  are fantastic. Very welcoming  new studio highly  recommended also they have student discounts : which  is  great

Mel is amazing. Patient, encouraging, and very willing to work around my disability. Strongly recommend this for beginners and experienced people alike.  So glad to have this new studio in my neighborhood!

This is such a amazing yoga space. Love clean, warm and inviting feel. The classes that I have taken so far have been awesome and the teachers have been experienced and knowledgable with a really chill approach. Glad to have found this gem, can't wait to see what comes of this exciting new studio.

I thoroughly enjoy the Kundalini yoga they offer every Sunday morning. Hannah is an excellent teacher. It's changed my life.
