My husband and I have been attending this yoga in the park on Sunday’s in the summer for the last few years. We look forward to Sunday’s in the heart of the East end located at gage park. Their new studio is also beautiful, clean and fresh with plenty of natural lighting and exposed brick creating a warm cozy space to practice in.
Every class I’ve taken here has been a fantastic experience. The studio has a great, laid-back energy and I like that the classes really stick to their descriptions. I can’t wait to try more!
Beautiful and peaceful space! I have participated in various classes lead by Helena, Kiah and Jackee. All 3 instructors were great and I'm sure the rest of the staff is too!
The studio space is amazing and Helena is a brilliant teacher!
Great atmosphere and wonderful teachers who make everyone feel welcome!
