Mona, Liz and the team are a delight to work with during a complete custom design project. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone...and have. The time they set aside to explain details, take notes, follow-up and make sure we were comfortable with a decision was beyond my expectations. I am very pleased with their work thus far and will continue to do business with them in the future. Go see for yourselves!

Extremely disappointed. I will never step foot in this store ever again. They presented a damaged ring to us in TWO different occasions. They apologized for the damaged ring in the first occasion (i.e. multiple EXTREMELY obvious scratches on the surface of the gem stone). Major red flag. They advised that it will be polished to its’ original shine. Few weeks later, we went back to pick up the “repaired” ring. Unfortunately, the ring was still scratched - just a bit less obvious, but certainly still easily noticeable. They then have the courage to tell us that that’s how it was originally. It certainly wasn’t and we have many videos and pictures evidence showing that. Please stay away from Mokada if you don’t want to get screwed over.

Wide variety of selection, from very economical pieces to some very expensive and unusual pieces. Very pleasant and patient staff, willing to pay attention to customers who aren't spending very much. Quiet and elegant showroom, currently being renovated, with a good sample of their selection available, and enough to give a clear picture of what they have to offer. Would definitely return for any jewellery purchases.
