I took my vintage ring to golden hand to be repaired - they quoted me $60 which included the replacement sapphire stone. They fixed it same day and even polished it. When I picked it up, it looked even better than when I first bought it. Compared to another shop that quoted me $175 on a $200 ring plus a 2-3 week wait, I am very impressed with the service provided by golden hand. All the staff members I dealt with were also very kind. 10/10 recommend.

It was my 1st time going to Golden Hand Jewelry. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and took the time showing me the many options I had in customizing a ring. I will definitely be go back for any future jewelry purchases.

Friendly knowledgeable staff however parking is poor can't park out front, their parking in back is minimum, first time their lot was full, lot next to them I got a $89.25 fine and there was no meter to buy a parking ticket, and I only brought my son there to shop. For me I would not buy there for that reason.

Helped take some old scrap gold off my hands. Took a little while to determine the value and quality of the gold, however once they finished they offered me a very fair price to which I accepted. Seem like a family owned business and are very friendly/professional. Have a very good assortment of gold/diamond jewelry so I will certainly be coming back to them when I am needing something. Customer service was great. I emailed them a question I had and got a quick reply. Considering this will be my first big purchase on a gold chain, I had to be sure. I got the reassurance and their customer service just made it this whole ordeal smooth. I ordered online and packaging was secure and fast!
