City Jewellers

I've been shopping at City Jewellers for the past four years and can easily say that I've always gotten what I'm looking for when I shop here. Prices are always better than large jewelry companies and the customer service is great. They stand by their product and are very flexible with lay-aways and finding product within your budget, from watches and clocks to rings, chains and repairs-their custom work and friendly service is the reason why I always come back every time. They get an easy 5 stars.

Went here to look at jewleries and while they looked great. The prices were not what i was expecting. But they have have some nice stuff. Not alot of choices at the one at portage place.

Refused to do a return for a piece I bought 3 days prior when it turned out the gift recipient is allergic to silver and gold, instead offered me a credit note that expires which seems to be unethical as gift cards/certificates are not legally allowed to have a declining balance or expiry date in Manitoba.

I wanted a ring sized and when it was picked up, the color of the stones had changed from pink to a brownish color. A watch brought in for repair was paid for but wasn't even repaired.
