Very disappointed with re-sizing of engagement ring. When returned to us, It had a flat bottom. There was a lump on the inside where the gold had been removed, which was uncomfortable. It wasn't re-plated so looked off colour at the repair site. If the gold smith wasn't experienced enough for this repair, we should have been informed. Luckily, we found another jeweler who fixed it properly. We will never return.
