Good Pizza, nothing special though, I have it a 6.9/10. The workers making my pizza really did not wanna be there, and it showed with the effort they made making my pizza. The initial guy, not very nice. The best description I got from my cousin, this is a place you go to when you get sick of regular fast food and don’t wanna sit down a long time. Average experience.
This is a great location. One of the members of our party had a dairy allergy and they were awesome at dealing with that and still making him an awesome pizza. The staff were really nice and the store was clean. I could not ask for more from a pizza joint.
I really want to love Mod Blaze is SO much better but after yet another not great experience, I've decided to review. As another reviewer commented, most employees look like they don't want to be there. The pizza is usually pretty decent, but whoever is cooking makes a difference on if you get burned crust edges or not I'm not being overly picky - it's wood fired so you're going to get some burning, but more than some is too much. My last visit is what put me over the top. I asked for dollops of red sauce at the end. The dollops nearly covered the whole slice. The bottle got plugged and instead of figuring it out, he kept squeezing until it exploded red sauce all over part of the pizza, the inside of the box and as he closed it, it oozed out of the top. It's like he didn't notice!! He just handed me the box and said "have a good night." It was so bad, that I took it over to the napkins/garbage so I could wipe the sauce off the box before putting it in the car. I know. Small, first world problems. But I think for $20+ for 2 small pizzas, I could get it without sauce all over the box.

First visit was a HOME RUN!! Had the thicker crust, it was crispy outside soft and tender inside. The red sauce was flavorful and they have 30 toppings to choose from, so you can go wrong. I can count how many toppings I had, but man was it awesome! Going back for sure! Addition: Mod Pizza has become our favorite pizza place. Everything is fresh and well made. Look at my pic, that pizza ia a BEAST!!! Thank you Mod Crew!!! Additional update:. I want to give a big shout out to the crew working Sunday 11/6 @12:00 noon. What a great team. This is by far the worst MOD location in Milwaukee. They are regularly closed during their listed open hours. Employees are rude and have zero desire to be there. They also stopped accepting online orders months ago. Something happened to this place a while back that has caused every quality to nosedive and it's super disappointing because I love MOD pizza. This location needs fixing, fire everyone and start over or something.
Let me start by asking, how have I never been to one of these before? In my vision of heaven, it looks just like MOD Pizza! I really do love pizza, however I have high standards, with MOD it exceeds all my standards because I have sooo many options. I added a whole garden to my pizza on my first trip so I couls try everything and it was worth it. Of course next time, I will cut back a bit or try the white sauce with some different toppings. Can't wait to tell all my friends and come back ;
Pizza is good. Others are right when they say employees do not want to be there. Also wish they would update their hours online. They dropped down to closing early because…reasons?
Very tasty pizza, tastes true Italian, they give it super fast and hot, the veggies used are fresh, crunchy and very good quality, price is nominal, good ambience with nice music from Bose speakers makes the place enjoyable. Very Neat and clean, their No name cake is a must try, very tasty, we loved it. Very Nice place with very good food.
We stopped in at 230pm, we were told they close the lobby at 3 and it was take out only. I love MOD, but we won't be stopping at this location any more. Avoid this location.Food: 4/5
