Tried to call to let them know pizza was made terrible and there was no crust. What was there tasted like old dough . Phone number is wrong . I could not even call to tell them . Wish i could get my money back .
Horrible customer service!! I ordered a special cheesy bread and they didn’t have it, but they still charged me for it. The young useless woman behind the counter had a terrible attitude and was of no help whatsoever. Avoid this place like the plague!!!!!
I’m extremely disappointed with the “Large” stuffed Chicago pizza received. The pizza was significantly smaller than the tray see photo and half as “stuffed” as usual. We generally ordered from the Sussex location which is currently closed, so we tried the Silvernail location. My husband was in a rush and didn’t realize the size until after leaving. We essentially received maybe 70% of what we paid for.
Great food great customer service. I place my order online and didn't notice that I didn't add cheese to one of my pizzas. A worker called me to make sure that was what I wanted. That is what I call good customer service. Will diffently go back. Keep up the good work employees

It doesn't get much better than fresh pizza hot from your own oven. The staff is friendly, helpful, and often covered in flour.Food: 5/5
Great service. I was ordering a bunch of various toppings and the guy then said that it sounded like one of their specials, but with added mushrooms and that it'd be cheaper to order that way. Thanks for saving me a few bucks.
Hair found in pizza! Ordered gourmet veggie. No mushrooms very little cheese on 2 pizza’s ordered!!!
Gonna apologize to the workers and manager and owner of this location I came in already very agitated From something else that happened in my day that was not your fault I did puke on your shoes and for that I am sorry don't worry about the money just keep it all is good
