I've gone to this location many times, usually about once a week, and had no troubles. HOWEVER, in the past month I've had nothing but misfortune. Today, the subs have done me too dirty for me not to share to the world. I asked for a 42, parmesan bread, no peppers. What were my eyes greeted to? A sub, on WHITE bread, WITH peppers, AND mushrooms! But that's not all, the mayo was only on the outside of the sub! A nice sloppy treat for my grubby gamer fingers. I know this location has been better, and CAN BE better. The sad truth is that for now, you're better off getting a Cousins Sub. I'll miss you jersey mikes location on Capitol...
I've been to this location many times with no issues, but online wait times have been over 45 minutes the last two times I've ordered. I get a 30 minute lunch break so you do the math. They have a serious worker shortage here...
It's a Jersey Mike's. We came in and they were quite with phone orders. The 2 young ladies did a fantastic job getting orders out and getting them right. Vegetarian options: Being a portabella mushroom junkie, I had the mushroom cheesesteak.

Not a clean table in the place, very few bags of chips on the rack, out of water cups, place is a mess. People working were nice but overall environment was not good. I can understand a lunch or dinner rush but I dined in at 3:50 on a Sunday and was the only person in the place minus the occasional to go order. Bathroom was also in disarray, no hand towels in either one while staff sits around on their phones streaming TV shows.
The sub was good but the employees are not very friendly or welcoming. All of them spoke softly and mumbled so I couldn't hear any of them when they'd speak with me. They barely acknowledged most of the guests in the store. One of them was also just tossing the subs on the counter for the guest waiting and walked away.. they just need to work on friendliness.
Staff was friendly understanding of my need to have my daughters sub made gluten free. I so appreciate the kind helpful service. Dietary restrictions: My daughter has celiac disease i always know she can get a safe sandwich at Jersey Mikes
Great service by general manager Ryan when I stopped in for the first time ever at Jersey Mike's. I could tell immediately he was the manager. The premise was clean and the service was excellent. I was very impressed with my overall experience
I ordered on line for a pick up at 4:31. When I arrived 4:40the store was empty and 1 worker was sitting at a table playing on his phone and the other person was just standing there. When I asked for my order it hadn't been started. They made the sandwiches quickly but no apology was offered. Itll be a while before I go back.
The two employees you have are amazing but they are required to do the of four employees. No one should have to work this hard. Corporate should find a solution or at the very least give these tired employees a giant Christmas bonus.
