Not the best experience. We went through the drive though sat there n no one took our order. So we went to window. They said sorry they had the headset off. Then we needed to go back through the line. By then the line was backed up. So decided to go in. Never got a receipt and chicken was over cooked. My frozen lemonade was delicious.
It is really frustrating to place an order inside with 1 cashier especially when you see staff everywhere else. It's happened twice now. I have witnessed staff everywhere except at the food counter. I believe a manager came out, looked at the line, and asked where someone was but did not return to help at the register. Argh. I mean, if you are short staffed, then close the inside. The food is great, but plan on waiting if you dine in.
This place has always been top notch. Will continue visiting here. **11/12/22- Placed a mobile order and did it for curbside. Clicked to have the order started when I was at the stop light to give a chance to knock time off for me to get the food I ordered. Well that was at 7:50 pm. Fast forward to 8:15pm I had not received my order, I had walked in there and I'm assuming a young lady who is one of the managers told me that my food was supposed to be our and to me already within the last 10 minutes. So through all this, initially there was no drinks ready to bring out, food was ice cold to the point I wasn't offered a re-fire of my food or offered anything period. I also made it home and threw away half of the food as it was beyond inedible. Fries were tough, nuggets and chicken sandwich were soggy. Sauce could have fixed the food, but we were also not given any sauce as it was on the order. This location is usually really good, but tonight was definitely not their night. Don't want take business away, but I hope they get this fixed in house for future customers. I will be changing my star rating on this one. *1/21/23* Good tasting food, but they forgot part of my meal and being 10 minutes away I wasn't driving back. Need to start paying attention. This location has gone down hill big time with stuff like thus.
Never ever had an experience like this before at any other location. It was a busy Saturday night, totally understandable. Drive thru packed, so went inside to order to go instead. Dining was moderate busy. Employees we scrambling around not really sure what to do with all the chaos. They were trying to get all these catering orders filled and didn’t have chicken for drive thru or dine in/to go orders. Waited 15 minutes, still not food. Customer constantly coming up to the register area because they were either missing something or their order was wrong. And employees not being able to give them what they needed because they didn’t have the food. We did another 10 minutes asked at the front counter about my food they said it would be ready in a couple minutes. There had been people waiting at the counter for over 30 minutes for their food. Still not receiving their orders. Bags sitting and filled with french fries, but waiting for chicken still no chicken nuggets available because they were filling catering orders, trying to fulfill other items as well, but falling behind. 30 minutes rolls around still no food asked another employee he said two more minutes. After about six minutes, I found a manager and demanded my refund, where she could care less about the chaos that was going on or how awful things were. Poor poor management! You can’t feel catering orders and neglect everybody else. Employees not sure what to do, all getting flustered, because no food and angry customers. Like I said, manager couldn’t care less I asked for a refund gave me my money back, then told me to hold on a minute, walked over to the food window to see if maybe my order and come out still wasn’t even ready, then gave me three gift cards for chicken sandwiches, which is not even what my order was. Never apologize or anything. Awful management. Felt sorry for the customers and the other employees. Will not stop st this location again. Vegetarian options: Salads. Parking: Large parking lot but can get congested from the drive-through line Wheelchair accessibility: Sidewalks to easily get inside.
Have had plenty of good experiences here. This one trip was a one off experience, so I'll more rely on a cumulative score and review rather than just this one visit. Staff are always very friendly and polite. This trip just had a little issue with timing in drive thru. 9/10 times my food is ready when I get to the window. I think they just got slammed on this night.
It was my first time and wow! Not only did I get awesome French fries at 9:30 a.m., but a free breakfast sandwich and brownie. Outstanding service, too! Kudos! I'll be back very soon !!!Food: 5/5
It is usually pretty good at this location but my most recent trip was double charged for one item was given the wrong meal and then asked to pay more in order to get my original meal when the original meal was cheaper. Would of rather go to Taco Bell and that says a lot.
Update the restaurant hours on the doors so that you don't have to tell that you are closing now to the dine-in customers while they are having food. Burgers were good - chicken strips and nuggets tasted really bad as if cooked with overused oil. Parking: All nearby parking spaces are assigned to curb-side and few remaining ones were used by staff we were the last to leave and the spaces were still filled.
Drive through order wasn't correct no big deal just wanted my card credited. I got Jett Phillip who can't even tell me that the store policy is just kept saying the same thing over and over like he was having fun with me .
The service at this locations was incredibly slow. It took almost ten minutes just to get a large fry despite the line both inside and drive through not being long at all. The customer service was terrible as employees were not helpful when assistance was needed. The trash was also completely full with trash stacked on top of the trash can but no one changed it.
