I waited an hour for my food, I started calling after 40 minutes. No answer in the phone. The food was eventually delivered and I told the driver it's been almost an hour and I'm upset. He said sorry and ran back to his car with no explanation and I yelled out that I've been calling the store and he jumped in the car without responding. I still can't get anyone to answer. Horrible customer service, extremely slow delivery.
How do you forget the meat? Yes, seriously. Two of the three sandwiches I ordered #12, #12, and a #14 were missing the meat. Over $30 for three sandwiches and a cookie, and two of the sandwiches don't even have any meat?
Husband had to call out for staff to come to the front. Took 5 minutes. Was out back with ear buds in. Unsanitary. Did not use paper under sandwiches; slid bread across counter while making sandwiches with build up of old food on counter/station. Will not ever go back here again. Love JJs but lost our business at this location.
The subs were as expected and reasonably fast. The review is based on cleanliness. The toilet had a scum line and the sink looked comparable. That means they literally haven't been scrubbed in over a week. There were no paper towels and two tp tubes on top of the full garbage. That doesn't speak well of the hygiene of the restaurant. I would prefer to message corporate directly, but I couldn't find a link for such feedback. There should be some accountability. I normally love Jimmy Johns.
Don't worry about this place going out of business. I needed my glasses to see the meat,on $9- 8". Only a extra star because, I like their bread. Then double meat is $1.99,for 60 calories!? So $12-for a 8" sub with tax.... PS.It just got better.I went to the b.room,on the way out the worker was eating his lunch,he made..Looked like quad meat, if not 6 times,as this as mine.Literally my sandwich had like 1 piece if Turkey,folded over.He had 2,or 2.5" thick of meat!
Me and my family like Jimmy John's. I stopped at this location today because it was close to my location. I saw the negative reviews but still took a chance and now I can say the reviews are correct this store is very disappointing. I ordered three sandwiches and all three people said they tasted horrible and that made per my on line order.
I drive out my way to come here. The service is SO GOOD. These guys know how to treat their customers. Recently, I was in to order for a work lunch I was hosting… when I realized I forgot my wallet so I apologized and walked back to my car to figure out what I was going to do…. Before I pulled away, one of the guys came up it with my order and said it’s on us. That day was so overwhelming and stressful I could have cried in relief… they helped me soooo much and words cannot and express how grateful I am still. Thank you so much guys!
If you’re looking for “freaky fast” and placing an online order- I advise you to keep your expectations low. Absolutely ridiculous that they hadn’t begun making my sandwich until I got into the store 25 minutes after I placed my order and even then I waited another 5 minutes prior to being attended to. And there was only one other customer, already eating his sandwich. This is the second time I’ve been to this location, and the second time I’ve had synonymous snail-paced service like this, and it is the last time I will be visiting this location. Not to mention the fact that my customization on my sandwich was off. I had to pick off about 10 huge onion slices as my EZ onions with note on bottom, “just a couple onions,” was disregarded, and there was barely any lettuce on it. Do yourself a favor and hit up the Jimmy John’s a couple miles down further on Watertown Rd in Waukesha/Pewaukee-always a friendly greeting, accurate orders, and dang are they freaky fast!
This is the dirtiest restaurant I’ve ever seen! And it was early in the day… noon. My friend went into bathroom and had to walk out it was so disgusting. We ate in our vehicle rather than sit inside. Gross!!! Definitely will not be back.
It an hour for delivery and 2 calls to the store before the Freaky Fast delivery arrived. We are 5 minutes 7 minutes if you have to stop for the traffic lights from this location. The first time I called they said its on its way and should be here in 15 minutes....Seriousness better consider GPS. I wasn't able to pick up the sandwich or I wouldn't have chosen delivery. Never again. So now readers can see what to expect from this location. You say your Freaky Fast you better be Freaky Fast. And don't lie to your customers, own it
