My mother went to pump gas. She put her card in and the machine started to pump. The machine stopped and she finished up and went to leave. As we’re leaving a worker comes out and starts accusing her of attempting a drive off and that she didn’t pay. She went inside to pay and the worker tells her she should have gotten a receipt and should always get one, my mom said it’s a waste of paper. Her card didn’t work in the machine inside either. So she tried switching to credit instead of debit; her card worked and the worker gave her a receipt. My mother’s card was used just the morning with debit. There was an issue with their machine and nothing was posted regarding this issue. The worker went straight to accusing and hostile actions when we had no idea there was a problem. Instead of being nice until it was determined if my mom was in the wrong she was awful. Will not be going there again.
Don't come to this place. The owner of this gas station allows the police to sit in his gas station so they can try to nail anyone for running the trivial unnecessary no turn on red sign. I accidentally missed the sign and got an outrageous $80 ticket despite telling the cop it was an honest mistake. I called the owner to complain him about the disgraceful actions of the Waukesha Police department that he was allowing by letting them use his gas station for entrapment and issuing excessive tickets for such a trivial infraction. His attitude was very arrogant he sided with the cops and agreed with their disgusting actions. I told him he could be sure he will never get my business ever again. I would give his business zero stars if I could.
Doesn't accept a credit card for the car wash...code given at pump doesn't work. Friendly, helpful staff gave me a new code. And the dryer vents are not aimed right, so car doesn't dry well. Will go to the Kwik Trip from now on.
BEWARE WHEN PURCHASING LOTTERY TI KETS!!!! If I could have given no stars I would have. Thursday April 19, 2018 I went to buy lottery tickets. When I told the cashier which tickets I wanted which included a mega bucks ticket the attendant from the bakery area signaled and said something under her breath about a ticket that should be given out. I left with my tickets thinking everything was fine until I went to another Mobil station and noticed once I brought the exact same tickets that my mega bucks ticket looked completely different from their store. As I examined the tickets side by side I noticed that the ticket I purchased from Dave's Mobil was printed from Tuesday April 17th so this would have been for Wednesday April 18th drawing and here it is Thursday April 19th that I am making my purchase . I went back to the station and as soon as I walked in the two workers started whispering to each other as I was in line about the ticket and I stated to them yes I am here in regards to the ticket you just sold me. The worker from the bakery area found this funny I asked for the managers contact info and was told to call in the morning. I called this morning spoke to Alex the manager of the station which was no help. He defended and excused their unprofessional behavior. I will say this I have worked for PDQ before and we would never be allowed to treat customers this way nor intentionally sale useless lottery tickets. Either someone brought it and left it or they made a mistake prior and needed to get rid of the ticket for their books per shift if they keep a log of voided transactions. There is no reason they should have even had the ticket laying by the register because the drawing was already done and the ticket should have been voided and put in it's proper location but clearly they were trying to get rid of the ticket. Customer service is seriously lacking at this station and is not even important from a managers view. This behavior is completely dishonest to the customer and buyers should beware when purchasing anything from this station because I'm sure this is not the only time they have tried to get over on a customer and you can clearly tell they were working together to accomplish something that I caught. There is no good reason or logical reason you can make the mistake of selling a lottery ticket that's 2 days old and no excuse for management to allow it. There was no apology when I spoke to Alex all he said was he had already talked to the girls and that something like that can't happen again actually it should not have happened in the first place. When I asked for the owners contact info email he was very rude and spoke with an attitude reading the email very fast and annoyed. I will never go here again for anything thank God there is a kwik trip close or I'll drive the extra miles to the other Mobil station. BUYER BEWARE WHEN PURCHASING LOTTERY TICKETS!!!!
I slipped and fell under my car while pumping gas. Skinned my arm. A carton holding bags of something broke my fall. Went inside and bandaged myself in the bathroom. Told the attendant that they need to salt at the gas pumps. He just shrugged it off and gave me some line about the ice being bad enough that salt doesn't stop it. What a crock. If a broke an arm I would have sued. Lucky it's just bruised and skinned. Avoid this station until they get their act together. Especially if you're elderly. Also avoid carrying your phone in your back pocket.
Gas station/prices OK but stopped for pizza based on recommendations. Hot food is finished/closed by 7pm and nothing available. Stopped back for pizza, was very thin and over-cooked but flavor OK. $5 for 2 pieces.
Clerks who seem to actually care and provide service rather than just taking your money. The men's bathroom was spotless. Cheapest soda prices I've seen at a convenience store. Also, I found out this ma and pa station has no corporate affiliation other than selling Mobil gasoline. Dave Schmidt has been on this location for 30+ years, and this business is quite clearly his passion. He the owner is there every morning I stop in. There is also a Scrima's Pizza restaurant located inside as well.
I buy Gas station food because i'm usually out and about but the pizza here is not only not frozen but everything on it is fresh. The mushrooms, onions, pepperoni and sauageat least that's what i got. The best pizza you can get hands downs
Not a bad gas station. Attendants are friendly, however the pumps accepting cards are hit and miss. You may strike out once or twice before you find one that works.
Showed up to use car wash paid for wash and car in front of me was stuck in wash when technician helped get their wash started it gave them my wash but no one came to see if I needed help. Then I walked inside and they gave me a voucher for a wash but gave me a cheaper one than i had originally paid for. Will not return
