This was my first time trying mochi donuts and I loved the donuts we tried from Mochi Doh! We ordered online for pickup the next day and the entire process was smooth and easy. When I arrived to pick up the donuts, the store clerk was friendly and attentive, checking to make sure the donuts in my box matched my order online. Pick up was super quick - I was in and out of the store within minutes. The donuts themselves tasted fresh and we loved the chewy texture. Of the half dozen we got, our favourite was the ube flan as it had the strongest flavour and the flan was delicious. We found that the ring donuts had more chew than the donuts with the flower shape which looks like it’s made of little balls, so the crème brûlée was also one of our favourites. The milk tea donut was probably the most disappointing as the milk tea flavour was not strong, so we weren’t sure what we were tasting at first. As a plus, the donuts still tasted great the next day! Nonetheless, we are excited to try new flavours in the future.
Amazing selection with different varieties to choose from! So fresh and delicious, my boyfriend and I were shocked when we took our first bites. The branding and packaging is adorable and beautiful as well. They also had everything in stock if you were coming in late, this was not an issue if you wanted to try a specific flavour! Lastly, great and efficient service, I highly recommend as this is one of the best Mochi doughnuts I’ve tried!! :
The place is so cute! I love how the mochi donuts are set up in the front neatly. Me and my sister are recently obsessed with mochi donuts and we had to go here from mississauga, hearing that Mochi Doh has the best ones. Indeed it is! We got 1 dozen - flavours: strawberry crunch, og, chocolate kitkat, and chocolate churro. They all taste amazing! The texture and flavour of every mochi donuts are perfect! We absolutely love it. I highly recommend to go this location for your sweet cravings. I will definitely come back when i'm in scarborough area.
Very clean and cute storefront. Unfortunately there was limited selection when we went, but the server let us know that they were making fresh donuts and they would be available in 15 minutes which was appreciated! We ended up choosing from what was available Churro Chocolate. The texture was great and good portion size for what you are paying for. Would come back again to try other flavours!
My review is based off the mochi bites I got, they were really delicious! I do like my fair share of mochi donuts but did not get a chance to try the donuts out wasnt feeling it. But I definitely recommend the mochi bites, reminds me almost of tiny toms but mochi. I believe they were only $4 for a container full of them. Will be back to try more items, the mochi waffles sounded very tempting
Love Mochi Doh and happy that they have a store now and I can walk in when I crave for these. They are my favourite of all mochi donuts I have tried. Also love it that they switch up the flavours every week, they are beautiful and delicious! Great customer service too!
It’s donuts but with the delightful chewiness of a good mochi! Top 3 flavors in our box were the biscuit, ube, and Thai iced tea. The matcha was fantastic too, the bitterness balances the sweet and they are all very sweet Cash or debit only, expect it to take a few minutes for your order to be prepared, it seems to be made fresh!
Hard to go back to regular donuts after trying the mochi version. The texture is amazing and each flavor was unique on its own. Best to order ahead to avoid lining up.
INCREDIBLE!!! We loved the delicious donuts every bite was chewy and a flavour explosion! The best part was their croissant waffle croffle! We tried their Brown Sugar Milk Tea and the Dulce de Leche Churro flavours, omg blown away! So perfect! If your looking for a new dessert to try this is the one! Owner was very kind, helped us make the perfect choice for the ultimate half dozen! 10/10 must try!
First time here and definitely won’t be my last. Probably one of the best if not the best place to get mochi donuts in Toronto/GTA. It’s also conveniently located near Pacific Mall and just out of Markham. We got the Ube, Vietnamese Coffee, Strawberry Crunch, Original Glazed, Matcha, and the Kinako. The ube interestingly enough does not taste like Ube. I got a lot of the coconut instead and so it kinda tastes like the White Chocolate Ferraro Rochers. The Vietnamese coffee is so cute and it comes with a little tube of sweetened condensed milk and you can squeeze it in. It is delicious and definitely has a strong coffee flavour. The strawberry crunch is delicious - definitely out there for you strawberry lovers and sweet tooths. The original glazed is amazing, not much to say but one of the owners there recommended it and said it was his favourite, he didn’t lie! It was delicious and tasted like a regular glazed donut with again the chewy mochi like texture which is definitely achieved with the donuts here. The matcha however I was not expecting to like so much. The perfect balance between the green tea and the sugar is mm, chefs kiss. The kinako is like a peanut taste but without the peanuts. That soybean powder does wonders and I was really thinking they actually put peanuts in there. Overall, this is amazing. All of their donuts are delicious and the mochi texture, the chew is definitely there. Although they are definitely on the pricey side it is worth it. Please check them out! $6 dollars each donut $22 for half a dozen $42 for a dozen **Lots of these flavours are seasonal and they make them every day fresh so depending on which day and week they may have new flavours to choose.**
