Milestones Grill and Bar

We were a party of 7 for lunch. Food came a bit slow at first. I think the manager, Jeff, must have noticed this. He came over to apologize for the wait and promised the food would arrive in two minutes. The food actually came in one minute. My prime rib was really good. As it was a wedding celebration, Jeff surprised us with a bottle of bubbly. How nice a gesture!! I judge based on food quality and service. What the waiter could not deliver, he more than made up with his great service. Thank you for saving our meal, Jeff.

One of my worst dinning experiences ever. We were a party of 11 and the place was slow. Food wasn't serviced all at once most orders were wrong. Water glasses were empty ..never asked or refilled anyone's coffee. Didn't offer coffee or tea when we had dessert! No attention paid what so ever. Its the same food serviced at Kelsey's ( which is fine there cause it's cheap). For twice the price. I have no problem paying high prices for quality ...you won't find quality food here. Just small portions and over priced. The service was remarkably terrible. Waitress Tiffany ...I tipped you ..hoping your saving for school or something. Please try to consider how you would like to be treated as a guest.

Just got back from the restaurant. After waiting over 30 min for entrees, our appetites were gone! Is it short of kitchen staff as claimed by the server, or did she forgot to enter our orders? Ordered kid meal, and have to ask her for the kid drink and ice cream that come with it. I longed for the good old days when the restaurant was on Warden and 7, before they moved to this location. Food quality have definitely gone down hill after going there several times. Neither the food nor the service worth going back there.

Went into this location with my girlfriend and another friend today for brunch. My girlfriend and I each had the prime rib Benedict and I had made mine a breakfast bundle with fruit and a drink. We also ordered 5 cheese bombs. I couldn't say for sure how long the food took to come, I was hungry so perhaps it felt like longer than it really was....we had asked for

I keep forgetting how much it sucks now. I used to love Milestones back in the day but other than the fancier/modern decor, the food is two thumbs down. I ordered the roasted beets and goat cheese salad. For $15 it was the same size of a side salad from McDs. Not worth it at all. And the kids mini burgers were dry and flavourless. The last time I was there with a party the service took forever and it wasn't even busy. Because I keep remembering the old Milestones I keep coming back and forgetting how much I don't enjoy it anymore. That is why I have write this review as a reminder.
