I went there for a nail infection. The doctor (some arabic or South Asian looking guy) did not even come 5 feet near me and said it doesn't look like it needs any attention. Extremely rude and dismissive. Seems like they just want to cash in on OHIP and prescribe meds without actually doing any work. To be honest he looked annoyed that I was even there. This place is absolute trash. I will be calling OHIP tomorrow to ensure they don't claim a damn thing.

I would not recommend going to this clinic at all. The reason I say this is because the doctors do not help at all except for just sitting there and listening. They just want you to come in and leave with a prescription. However I tried to be reasonable to the doctor here when I was away from work for a while and he would not describe it in proper detail on the form that insurance required. I am a very reasonable man but this clinic will just take your money and time; however not provide any solutions or help in any way. Just do your self a favor and go to a different clinic.

i wish i could just give 0 stars. the staffs are unprofessional and i feel there is sort of communication gap. i had appointed Dr. Lamine as my family doctor. Disappointed to the max. He always seems to be in a hurry, and doesn't give enough time. keeps looking at his phone, and it feels like he just wants to "shoo" his patients as quick as possible. looking for a new doctor now. any recommendations? :)

WARNING WARNING WARNING....! Beware of this clinic, Very Unprofessional staffs and Rude DOCTORS...! They treat you as if they are doing some favor or CHARITY. How could Government  give permissions to Run such UNPROFESSIONAL Clinics. And all 5 star rating is given by only ARABIC People as they belong to their Community. So Disgusting I can see RACISUM. It's been five  years now same atmosphere and unprofessionilazim.  Finally I have change my Dr to Confiderantion Clinic. And am very HAPPY.
