I am doing the kickboxing and BJJ classes and am loving every minute of it. You get a hell of a work out, you learn self defense, and you make friends with a solid core of people who are all really fun to hang out with! Nate is a knowledgeable instructor and can help the beginner or advanced student. I highly recommend anyone interested in fitness, self defense, or competition to come train with Nate!

I have been attending TC BJJ for about 3 weeks now. I did a lot of research on other schools and tried other schools before signing with Nate. There is a reason why everyone gives it 5 stars. Nate is honest and no sales B.S. or hidden fees. He is super passionate about Jiu Jitsu and knowledgeable. He has patience and motivates very well. Very welcoming place and people there work hard but have a good time. A+

Awesome atmosphere, welcoming environment, clean gym. Started jiu jitsu with no previous experience and it's a great workout while learning valuable techniques. Nate's attention to detail, enthusiasm and experience make all the difference! Highly recommend to anyone, and also recommend the kids class! Super fun, good structure and they have a blast!

Nate is an excellent teacher with a real passion for Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. It's a very friendly welcoming environment. I highly recommend Twin Cities BJJ & Fitness.
