Doctor I saw was great. But I came in at the time of the appointment with a letter they had sent me with the time and date and they swore up and down I did not have an appointment. This was after waiting two months. Doctor saw me anyways as the appointment was urgent after that long of a wait. Avoid this place at all costs!

It would be 4 stars for the Doctor I saw today. But I cannot say how bad the receptionists are. I mean they got my name wrong then I was ordered a lab; I sat there over 35 mins not being called. Not being able to wait I informed one of the receptionist I cannot wait and she talked to another who got an order with no name... she had literally sat there for 35 mins and never checked with the doctor who ordered it. Imagine a row of Ross from Monsters Inc with the same voice, demeanor and treatment of patients. I am not coming back!

They cannot keep up with their patient load. Not only did I have to remind them to order tests and imaging the doctor ordered, I have been waiting almost a month for the results. Still no call, I'll have to call THEM..... AGAIN.

They are rude. The receptionist (the 3+) times I spoke with her was very disrespectful and lacked follow through. This was at the maple grove location.

Very unprofessional group. They don't communicate with patients. They are very rude and they do not care even if patients suffer . All they want is your money so try to avoid them. I had this experience at the Maple Grove location but i am sure but the whole group is like that. They don't response to your phone calls.
