Park Nicollet Clinic—Maple Grove Women's Services

The staff that works the OBGYN nurse line for Maple Grove (not sure if it is the same # for all locations) has been amazing these last few months. Every single time I have called, they have been so helpful/kind/understanding and have gone above and beyond. Thanks guys... you have made these difficult last few months a little more bearable.

Very disappointed. Arrived 10 minutes late to my appointment, yes totally my fault, but baby had a dirty diaper as we were going out the door and it was almost impossible to find a parking spot. After walking through the whole parking lot, through emergency/hospital with infant car carrier, I'm told there is a new 10 minute policy and that my appointment has been canceled. If this new policy is so strictly enforced, they should make customers aware of the policy. I will be seeking a different clinic.

I had a 7:15am ultrasound scheduled and it is 7:30am and I am still not being seen by the sonographer. How could they be behind already? I am the only one siting here. Very unprofessional and frustrating.
