The doctor I have seen is wonderful. I have been there for numerous procedures (not cosmetic) and he is very careful and barely a scar is noticeable. The only issue I had was with suture removal. The nurse didn't remove all the sutures (the sutures left behind were under the skin) and when I called regarding this they said I would need to pay another insurance co-pay to see the doctor. I was not going to pay another co-pay for them to do something that should have been done right the first time. I took them out myself which was not fun.

Dr. Prawer was wonderful, he took the time to explain my condition and the treatment regimen I needed to get my skin cleared up. After years of not getting the correct info from other doctors I finally feel good about my skin! Thank you.

Unable to get an appointment less than 6 weeks out and then would not bridge the prescription until the next appointment. When I called to discuss, the nurse seemed almost giddy when she explained their policy of not refilling even when I told her that we called last month and they were the ones that didn't have any available appointments. Terrible customer service! Go elsewhere if you can...

I haven't even been seen there because, I can't get through to make an appointment. I have been trying to get a hold of them for about a week now and anytime I call I can't get through. It probably doesn't help that they decide to close before 4:30. I just feel that this is unacceptable, the hours are posted as 7:30am to 4:30pm, there's absolutely no reason why I should be told at 4:22pm when I call that I can't make an appointment because the schedulers decided to leave early. This is incredibly disappointing.

This was the absolute worst experience. I called on Tuesday afternood and the receptionist told me I could come in on Friday morning at 7:50. I got there 15 minutes early for check in and the receptionist told me my appointment wasn't until October 20th?! And after that she was straight up rude to me. Telling me my doctor is busy and he won't want to see me today because he's already scheduled over what he had been. Doesn't make sense how they can screw me over with my appointment that I moved stuff around to get to. They absolutely do NOT value your time. Along with that, they don't care about your problems or why you are visiting. They need to get their scheduling figured out better before I EVER decide to come back here. I would rate this zero stars if possible.
