Never experienced such a disorganized clinic. One appointment-I got called back to get my blood pressure/weight/etc. and overheard a patient saying she's been waiting over an hour to see her doctor (which is the doctor that I see)....this prompted me to ask if my doctor was running late and they said "yes, I guess she's running 2 hours late." Only reason someone told me is because I overheard another patient and I went on to say I cannot wait 2 hours-I work full-time and have to go back to work. They weren't able to get me in with anyone else and so I left. Next appointment-I got called back for BP/weight/etc. then got put into a room and it was my strep b test so I was told to undress waist down. I sat on the table for 45 minutes by myself until I dressed and opened the door where I happened to see my doctor in the hallway as she was heading out the door because she was running late with her appointments and now had to leave for a last minute surgery/delivery/etc. I wonder if I wouldn't have peaked my head out if I would have sat in there all day and no one noticed. I then said I wanted to see another doctor because it's difficult to reschedule (SINCE I WORK FULL TIME), after much discussion another doctor said they could see me, the doctor swung by my room and said "I'll be in in 3 minutes." 25 minutes later he was back. My recent 39 and 40 week appointments were just switched which I learned over voicemail because surgeries were scheduled that morning. The clinic said they don't like you to see another doctor so I have to now try and get this all worked out with my work schedule. I came from MCRH with Dr. Corfman and that clinic was AMAZING, the best. They are infertility and once pregnant, they don't see you for followups-otherwise I would have stayed there. This clinic however, is completely disorganized and does not care about the inconvenience they cause to their patients. I will NEVER come back to this clinic. My doctor is great, but unfortunately it doesn't outweigh my experiences at the clinic and it's just not worth the stress and uncertainty of if your going to be able to actually have your appointment that day and if it's actually going to be on time.

Friendliness of the staff is great. They get you in the appointment right away. As for everyone saying they won’t see you If you have a pending balance, they state that right away when you first sign up. My issues? My first appointment went fine. Originally got referred for an hsg because I’ve been having issues with pregnancies. Doc told me to schedule the appointment when I get my next period, she even gave me a timeline of what tests to do and when. At the end of that appointment I had my blood drawn for multiple tests. So far so good right? My next period comes, I go to schedule my hsg. Got it scheduled. Got a phone call a few days later saying I can’t get the hsg done because I have been “introduced (can’t think of the damn word)” to chlamydia. Original doc never told me that. Got prescribed on antibiotics for that. Also found out my prolactin levels were like triple the normal range. Told me I need to schedule an appointment at a different clinic to see an endocrinologist. I confirm with them all I do is call them, get the appointment, get the referral from my original doc. They said yes in that order. I call the place, they get confused cuz I never got a referral transferred. Long story short, after a few agitating phone calls; I had to call my original doc to get the referral to the endocrinologist. I left that at that. Few days later I got a phone call saying my doc made the referral to the endocrinologist and I should be getting a phone call to make an appointment. That was back in late November/early December. Still waiting on that phone call. No recommendation of meds to try to get my prolactin levels to get down. Got put on progesterone suppositories becausey levels were low. They never asked me to set up an appointment unless I get a positive pregnancy test 2 weeks after my positive ovulation test. Just told me to stop taking them if my pregnancy test comes back negative. Sorry for the long rant. Basically in short, their communication sucks and I feel like they don’t care. Oh yeah, and the doc they scheduled me with went on maternity leave like the week after my first appointment. So my doc they have me going under I have yet to meet and my first appointment was in November. Didn’t know she was going on leave until she told me that day. So there’s my story

I have been going to OGI since 2015 and have had nothing but positive experiences with my doctor and the medical staff. They delivered my son when he was born in 2016, and will be delivering my triplets in February 2018.

Do not go for it as this guys do lot of ultra sounds with no idea how harm they might turn. Ultrasound radiation does add some complications to the babies. Think before if u want to go for Ultrasounds as they recommended.

Pap smear cause infertility but I bet they didn't tell you anything about the pros and cons right? They just told you to undress? Yeah that's because they don't care they just want the insurance money they've been promised if they force women to do these tests. Don't believe me then Google it. Don't want to spread your legs for a stranger? Then don't. It harms tour cervix and is completely unnecessary. The results are highly inaccurate and some doctors enjoy touching you down there. Read about the man that videotaped all the pelvic exams he performed on hundreds of women. Your vagina is private. Don't make them force you to submit to an invasive exam if you don't want it. It's your right.
