MINI of Fairfield County

This is my second Countryman, both from Mini of Fairfield. I am so happy with my experience - Antonio and Franklin were wonderfully attentive and every question was answered with patience and expertise. My car is beautiful and they made sure that everything was to my complete satisfaction. I recommend this dealership unreservedly as a place to go to be treated well, to get a fair deal, and to enjoy great service. Car buying is arduous under the best of circumstances but these people make it a pleasure.

I took my car in on April 3rd to have the power steering leak repaired. I ended up paying $1,700.00 for a new pump and hoses. I was told at the time that the oil pan gasket was leaking, but I had that repair done twice in 2017. Now the yellow brake pad light has come on and I had the front and rear brakes done at the end of last year. Do they not know what they are doing? Or do they think that because I'm a woman, they can take advantage of me?? I'm not stupid. I keep very good records in regards to my car and the repairs.

I bought my mini in 2014 and have been servicing it at mini since I purchased it. Thus far the service department has been a charm for me. Great service and super people in service! I am very impressed with the overall presentation and delivery or workmanship. 2 years and still a very happy camper.

I live in the Pacific Northwest and purchased a MINI Countryman, sight unseen, from this dealership, as they were the only ones who had the car with all I was looking for. From the beginning of the process through shipping, they were absolutely fabulous to deal with. They were helpful and not pushy in the decision making phase. I had many questions and requests and all were addressed timely and thoroughly. They sent photos and videos, made small adjustments to the features of the car (some for free), and worked well with my bank, the transport company, and my state's registration requirements. Truly, they made this easy, enjoyable, and seamless...(and I hate shopping for cars!) I normally do not write reviews; but, these folks were so great, they deserved recognition.

Excellent service. Not inexpensive but there's nothing like having total confidence that your car is being properly cared for. Highly recommend.
