Love them. Know them for over 5 years. They always come through when I need them. Their products are top notch and the service is second to none. They have gone beyond "customer service" to solve my vacuum cleaner problems. Their powder rug cleaning system made my carpets look like new without using any water.

Horrible place and people. They are a Miele authorized dealer and I took my 3 year old vacuum to be repaired as the brush had stopped turning. After 2 weeks they said they could not fix it. It is now reassembled and parts are broken, missing and misaligned. It is in such bad shape now that I can't take it to another service company.
