Always great service at 440 Ford. From the moment I bought the car a few years ago with the sales person and admin people to the after service now. Robert as my service person is always patient and explains things thoroughly and they take all of your issues seriously no matter how small or obscure. Waiting room is also big and nice and clean. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend anyone to go there va other dealerships I have been to in my life.

Though the dealership did not have the specific vehicle I was looking for in stock, Hugo went above and beyond to help me find one that would fit my needs. He took the time and actively searched for alternative options that would fit my criteria. Hugo made the entire process stress-free and enjoyable. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new car, he is truly an asset to the dealership. Merci encore Hugo!

Amazing service and after sale service! Our salesman Derek was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He understood our needs and went above and beyond with providing pertinent vehicle instructions, car delivery and warranty information. 3 star positive? I had a sort of controversial experience, I had an official recall on my car ... I immediately booked an appointment, a month an half before cause was apparently overbooked for the whole time. Got the place... nobody knew about that appointment, and my booking was never in their system. Who was in charge to deal with that,had not clue to what was going on. I had to ask for a Manager to get help, because the answer from who was in charge to deal with that was ... "oh well we can only give you another appointment"... Turned up that the manager  Mr . Martin Noel, I never would  thank you enough let in my car and they did the job in 40 min. Now my question is :  " is all that acceptable? Or something like that can be avoided?"

I have been dealing with Ford 440 from about a year. I strongly appreciate Robert in Service dept. The turnaround speed of the service that he provides is quite fast. His approach towards handling clients is very mature. Very often, he gives advice that goes above and beyond the immediate transaction. He is generous about his time and concern, he shares very useful knowledge pointers about fleet management from his experience.

Ask for Derek! I usually tend to hate going to dealerships. He’s the first salesman where I feel he wanted to help me vs getting his sale. Also, didn’t pass judgement if I could afford the car. We now have another car on order as we wait for our electric vehicle.

I dealt with Julien desnoyer. I’m a car guy and I’ve had many cars. It’s the best service I ever got. Always was there every step of the way. Made sure to follow up with me. He gave me a personal service as well. I would recommend him to everyone. GO SEE JULIEN DESNOYER!!!!

Ordered a F150 4 months ago.  Finally came in and it was as ordered, without any additional fees or messing around to get it.  Sales process was about as easy as can be.

this is my fifth F150 at ford 440.. the staff is professional and knowledgeable and their service is great..I highly recommend this place
