I have been trying to find the source of a gas smell from my 2023 Nissan Rogue since December 2023 1+ year. Many shops and mechanics have been trying to figure out the source without success.nThe Chomedey Nissan HGrégoire team and specially Jeff, the director of operations were very hands on finding the source and communicating the timeline of when the repairs will take place.

I went to repair my car at the service center. To keep the story short, i had a problem with my car and had to visit the repair center a few times. I spoke to the manager Michael which I didn’t know he was the owner and he took complete charge of my file and made sure the car was repaired and even offered me a car rental even if I wasn’t under warranty. What a gentleman!nIt is rare that a manager at a dealer is so nice and understanding.nHe completely changed my experience and I will definitely consider my next lease at this dealer and will recommend this dealer to all my family and friends. Why ? for the simple reason that they are motivated, open in discussions and do not hide anything, all the playing cards are on the table and they negotiate within the limits of existing possibilities, not to forget the fact that the dealers also have to live.nFew words about Nissan Qashqai 2018 S model:n- very good consumption for people with a light foot, my record 732km with 50l on highways, charged with 2 people;n- I have used the car for 5 years with only one problem solved by Nissan Chomedey under warranty;n- I'm 6.3 feet...acceptable as confort.n- Excellent price-quality ratio, even if an improvement could be made to the materials used in the interior for the basic model, not all people can afford the cost or need gadgets but to have a better fabric is necessary.n- I reccomand this car model!nnI have replaced my Qashqai with a Rogue 2023 S AWDnnAfter two days of use, I can say that I feel like I'm in an Audi all-road, the last car used in Europe... very stable, responds very well to any change in driving style and is comfortable, has an intuitive software and the screen touch responds very well.nThe engine is a 2.5 l, it needs time to let in, maybe 10,000 km to make a consumption calculation, but I have the feeling that it will be fine, that's how I feel until now.
