This was my first time purchasing from a dealership and I was more than happy with the whole experience. The customer service was exceptional. Very professional and courteous. From Carolyne in credit to Martin in the service department. I had my questions and concerns answered in a timely manner. Thank you for everything.
I brought my car in to use their SAAQ inspection station. The staff was very friendly and courteous. The appointment went as scheduled and was finished early. As a bonus when I went to but coffee from the coffee machine a nice lady brought me into their showroom and provided me a free coffee to make my day a little better. I would use any services they have to offer as it is done with care.
I've had a hard time with tires and service for the past 2 years. But this year, the service has improved. They listened to customer’s concerns. And, efforts were made to relieve the inconvenience. Living in Quebec, I couldn't expect to get the right service, but I saw a little hope! Recommended for this center!

They don't respect the appointment made online even if I have a confirmation by text message...the problem is that they told me that my appointment that I had for 3 weeks was canceled only 2 days before the date of the appointment. They offered me an appointment in december. What a joke. Totally not professional..Don't recommend...
Selection in Quebec is horrible. Wanted to order a Pacifica EV but they only had the hybrid which I learned more about on Google than the salesmen who could not answer simple questions about the electric motors and v6. Why would anyone buy a regular gas car with additional electric system. Seems like so many more things to go wrong. INTERIOR COLOR OPTION IS LIMITED TO BLACK. Buying mine in the states and paying to import it.

Bought a Dodge Grand Caravan at 440 Desmeules and here is the story that comes with it. I had to complain and finally have my front disk and pads changed. They changed my brake disks and pads with lower quality than original OEM after having them checked twice by two qualified mechanics. My front left driver side brake kept and keeps screaming every time i brake at any speed whether its city driving or highway driving. Issues was addressed multiple times my disks and pads were changed unfortunately the problem remains and was verified by 2 garages. I gave up and endure this issue everyday driving to work. Also have my kids in the car asking what is that noise. Considering the weight of a minivan, it should be equipped with brake system that can handle the pressure and weight. I am extremely worried with the winter coming soon. Vehicle is a 2019 Dodge GC CREW was driven 5000 kilometers by me only since acquisition. The vehicle was delivered with winter tires. Today I found out that the winter tires are not the right size and dangerous for winter driving 225/60/17 instead of 225/65/17 which will make the van go 1 and almost 1 1/2 inches lower. Tires are not new and used stickers on them shows USED and only good for one season pushing it to 2 4.5mm depth. I bought this vehicle for 40K+ and I don't even deserve a proper inspection and parts maintenance at acquisition before leaving lot of the dealer with the car, I had to return 3 times. So far I am not impressed and will most likely never buy a Dodge again or refer anyone. I am a reasonable person but will not be pushed around and get a depreciating debt with a dealer that will not responsibly fixed their mistakes. With no mention of names I have addressed and spoke to 4 people this issue and only the last woman was really kind and willing to help. The issue is quality of parts and installation, that is what needs to be addressed. I like to show people what a bad situation can be when buying from dealer and what to expect and what time consuming it is. This review will not be removed until conditions are met.

Worst dealer. They might sell you a used broken car and then blame you for it. Mina “supposed to be manager” does everything except solving problem. A waste of time
