Best Brazilian Steakhouse in Calgary! We’ve been to all Gaucho, Pampas, Bolero but Minas is the best! Pampas is overrated! We dined at Minas for our 18th time but last night was the best experience even though it was packed because of the black Friday 30% off. The food was so good! The addition of sushi was amazing plus free desserts at the salad bar! My favourite lamb was perfect! The staff was at their best last night! Very friendly and attentive! The owner was always there every time we visited and he’s always very friendly! Last nights experience was more than 5 stars!
We had a company event here and were very impressed with the excellent service. Luís was outstanding—he explained the cuts of meat and served them perfectly to each guest’s preference. His attentiveness and professionalism made the experience unforgettable.nHighly recommend!
Wow! What a feast! We went for the all you can eat dinner option and it was amazing. Not only do you get all the Brazilian Rodizio grilled meat you want but on weekends they even have all you can eat sushi and salmon sashimi!! Whoever thought of this is genius because it’s literally the best of both worlds! The quality of the food was up there as well. The dinner also included the salad bar, bread bar, hot food bar, and assorted desserts! It’s a complete meal with appetizers, mains, and dessert for a fixed price.nnOur favourites were the fresh baked Pao de Queijo with gooey cheesy sticky inside, the deep fried cheese with caramel sauce, the bocconcini salad, and the sushi and sashimi.nnA very filling and satisfying meal.
We decided to celebrate our 5 year anniversary here, and we are glad we did! Our server, Johnny, was very attentive and polite, and filled our waters once they were empty.nnThe noise level was VERY loud though.nnUnfortunately, we didn't have the chance to taste all the meat options available as it felt like like our table kept getting missed - but what we did have was very tasty, and well seasoned. There was a bit too much mint on the lamb in our opinion though.
Went for the lunch rodizio. Lots of selection with a hot food bar and a fun dessert section too. Some of the meats were very dry though. Had alcatra the first time and that was delicious and the second time a skewer came around it was so overcooked. Inconsistency is pretty disappointing. I went at 2pm and the lunch closes at 4 so I would recommend going a little earlier as the skewers start to slow down a bit and I had trouble getting a repeat of what I wanted even though I asked for it a few times.nnGood selection of tasty carbs to pair with the meat, and lots of salad selection. The boccocini with grape tomatoes are deliciousnnWould revisit soon
