Michael Hill Sherway

My fiancé purchased my engagement ring from Michael Hill in Sherway, which we then purchased our wedding bands as well. Suzanne was a great help, knowledgeable, and it never felt like she was pushing us to make a sale, she genuinely wanted to make sure we were happy with our purchases. Even after a few months passed and I went in to get my ring cleaned she knew exactly who I was, it was great considering how many people they see each and every day. Would highly recommend visiting this location and speaking with Suzanne!

Absolutely lovely staff and great service. My husband and I recently got married and we had a huge issue with his ring being too big (he lost weight recently). He had a tungsten ring however (and as most people know you can't resize that). We went in wondering if we would be in trouble to exchange it but they were absolutely amazing. We were so concerned about it and yet they were able to change it on the spot. I also got my ring here and I love it. It's beautiful quality and lovely. Very impressed with all the staff here they are very on top of things!

One of the associate force me to signed up with their points card I told her I dont want it and keep forcing me to sign up. I even asked her why do you have to call a certain number for me apply for a points card I don't need a loan card or credit card. She assured me that its basically a points a card and a 10% off discount card. Turns out its it was a loan card. I wouldn't even know if I didn't checked my credit score. Never signed for their micheal hill card

Came here to buy a promise ring. Afaf was extremely helpful and went out of her way to try to find the ring I found online. Most of all I came in looking like a bum but she did not judge and tended to me right away. A friendly advice to her associates is to mind their own business. I did not like being questioned who the ring was for which did make me feel uncomfortable.

This store engages in false advertising practices. My partner and I went to look at simple earings for her. There were was a tag on display quoting a certain price but when we asked to see the earings they were priced at double the price. Completely destroyed any trust once that happened and we left. We were completely ready to buy at the price listed.
