From the very beginning we liked and trusted Adam. After a few meetings discussing our preferences, Adam created my engagement ring which is absolutely stunning. He took his time to explain and recommend features we didn't previously consider. He communicated with me throughout the process to ensure I was happy with the ring at each stage of development. I was confident the end result would be good and with his extra touches and passion for his work, it exceeded my expectations (which were already very high)! I love my engagement ring and have received many compliments already. Thank you Adam - you are our forever jeweller! Next will be designing our wedding bands!

This shop is definitely the place to go for any of your jewelry concerns or needs. Their prices are great and the quality of their work exceeds my expectations. These guys can do and make anything! I buy, sell, get things repaired, altered, custom made - anything I need, they’re the guys. Adam always takes care of me and makes sure I leave completely satisfied. I visited about 8 other jewellers (Commercial and smaller stores) before I visited Cullinan. This was the only place I felt comfortable spending my hard earned money with for the custom engagement ring I wanted for my fiancé. Adam was very easy to work with. He offered many options for the stone selection as well as guided me through the customization process. He has produced my wedding bands and my brother also trusted him to build the engagement ring for his fiancé. Cullinan is the real deal. I will continue to recommend them for anyone looking to purchase customized jewellery.

After searching for the right business to trust with our custom engagement ring creation we came across Cullinan Jewellers on the recommendation from a few friends. I remember them being in business at Applewood since I was a child and I figured that if they have stood the test of time they must be doing something right! We had met Patrick our first time coming in and he took the time and effort needed to ask the right questions to make sure that what Val wanted in her head would translate into a design. We were using a passed down ring so he helped to guide us towards something that would make the best use of the existing stones to compliment what Val was looking for in her own ring. After the initial visit, we returned to go over the initial mock ups and select the elements that Val wanted to bring into her ring - again Patrick's expertise helped to guide the conversation to really put words to 'paper'. The subsequent visit was when we reviewed the CAD mock up and were able to tweak certain elements before going to the 3D printed wax model. The changes were quite minor and after discussion we decided to forego the wax model review and go straight to casting. We were initially somewhat hesitant but having the trust established thus far in Patrick's abilities we were sure that the casting would be exactly what we were looking for. Back for another visit, it was finally time to see the casting and it was even better what what we had initially envisioned in our heads when the process began! With no other adjustments needed, the final step was to polish and set the stoned which Patrick turned around very quickly and come back in for the final pick up! When Val saw the final product it was well worth going through the custom experience! The ring would be something special to her that one one else would have, and really matched with her personality and tastes to produce something that she will be proud to display forever. The entire process with Patrick was nothing short of professional and he and the team delivered a product and experience that we are truly proud to share with friends and family. This has helped to make special time in our lives something even more precious to look back on and would recommend him to anyone looking to create something unique to share with their loved one.

I just designed a wedding band with Adam from Cullinan Jewellers. Not only did it turn out beautiful, but he was personable and truly understood my vision. I would recommend Cullinan Jewellers to anyone!
