We've had nothing but excellent service and wonderful experience here. We've purchased multiple items from them and have been really happy with the quality, the price, and the service. Everyone is professional and friendly. Voitek is very knowledgable and helpful. He likes to educate his clients on why he recommends something, which we really appreciate.

Just replacing a battery. A woman calls me from Gresham to tell me my watch is ready. I get there 10 minutes to 9pm. 10 minutes before they are closed, and I find that their security gate is up. I ask the lady at the window if I can pick up my watch and they say they are closed. Gresham called me, and I come to their business to get my property 10 minutes before they are closed. I am pissed so I feel I need to repeat that. All I want is a little professionalism, and all I wanted was a new battery instead I find myself out Rockwood Mall, typing out a bad review. 3 stars for at least fixing my watch, and calling me. Closing early ruined my experience with Gresham. Lazy people suck!!!
