Nando's

I’ve been a huge fan of Nando’s for years, and it used to be my favorite restaurant when I lived in Malaysia. I’ve always loved the delicious chicken and sides. However, during my recent visit to this branch, I was a bit disappointed. I ordered the skewers of chicken tenders, but they had an unpleasant smell and clearly weren’t fresh. Although the server didn’t agree with me, they allowed me to change my order to the 1/4 chicken, which was great.nnAnother issue I noticed was that the portion sizes have gotten much smaller compared to before. On a positive note, they have a small hand wash sink in the salon, so you don’t need to go to the washrooms to wash your hands, which is so convenient.nnWhile I still love Nando’s, I hope the management pays attention to these details to maintain the quality we’ve come to expect.

Had a family dinner here , amazing service, friendly staff.Aida the manager is very accommodating.The food is so good . They have best grilled chicken and their mash potatoes is also my favorite. Also it’s fast service, we got our food at no time. I recommend this place

Food was decent, but the service was disappointing. We weren’t shown to a table or acknowledged when we came in so we were standing around for a while. Then when we were ordering, the cashier was dismissive and spoke extremely quietly. That made it extremely difficult to understand her with her accent and low volume. Then halfway through ordering, she just turns around and starts chatting with a coworker behind her. That’s pretty rude considering I was mid sentence… She didn’t get my order right because I couldn’t understand or hear her questions so I wasn’t sure what I was answering to. Anyways, I won’t be coming back.

Fantastic Meal at Nando’s Richmond Hill!nnI ordered the 1/2 chicken white, and it was absolutely terrific!nnThe chicken was incredibly moist and flavorful, cooked to perfection with just the right amount of char.nnThe creamy coleslaw was super fresh, adding a cool and crisp contrast to the meal, and the peri peri fries were spot on and very crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, with just the right amount of seasoning.nnOne of the best things about Nando’s is their sauce bar, where you can choose from a wide range of sauces to customize your meal with extra flavor or heat.nnWhether you like it mild or blazing hot, there's something for everyone! Plus, they even have malt vinegar for that extra kick on the fries.nnThe service was great, and the food was served hot and fresh. Can’t wait to come back again!

I picked up dinner from Nando’s tonight, and it was the most disappointing experience I’ve had. I ordered the full adult meal with two boneless chicken thighs and a side of mashed potatoes. What I received was absurd – the mashed potatoes were barely a spoonful, and the chicken thighs were so tiny, they could barely feed a child. For $25, I expected much more. I could’ve made an entire pot of mashed potatoes for that price!nnWhen I complained to the manager, Elahe, she wasn’t helpful at all, just telling me to email customer service with pictures and that I’d get a coupon. I don’t want a coupon; I wanted a proper meal. Needless to say, my dinner was ruined, and I won’t be coming back. Even my dog gets better portions than what I was served tonight.
