Wonderful staff, very informative and easy to talk too. Plus they had birds   ! I will definitely go back if ever the chance arises. They have free delivery Financing plans with Flexiti If they have your piece in stock it can be delivered pretty quickly if not they have it ordered and shipped to you later.

Horrible service. Bad delivery. Take your money elsewhere. I waited 7 months for them to repair damages they made during delivery. No compensation offered. They don’t care about their customers. Head office refuses to communicate with me. Horrible service. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Found the shelves I was looking for! I spoke to the Director, Kevin Certosini for the sale... appreciated his help. Another man, Sebastien was of great help after the delivery  as well! Excellent prompt and courteous service from this young man indeed.. I am VERY HAPPY with the whole experience!!

I really enjoyed my experience shopping at Domon. The salesman who helped us, Loucas, left a very positive impression on us. Very knowledgeable and friendly. I never got the impression he just wanted to make a sale, but instead was trying to find the right product for us. The store has a very nice showroom with reasonable prices. Will definitely return for future needs. Thank you for the excellent service we received!

Terrible experience. I purchased a sofa in November. They told me I’d get it at the end of December. When the date came, they pushed it back every week. They finally delivered the first week of February. Disaster. They damaged my ceiling, three different walls I’m talking a hole the size of a fist in one wall and a 10 inch gash in another, destroyed the vestibule door frame, and badly dented my custom-made front door. Couldn’t get the sofa to the basement so they took it back. They still have not refunded my money a month later and refuse to do anything about the damages. You cannot talk to anyone in the service department. I’ve emailed several times and can only speak to one girl on the phone who never has any answers. We specifically took the time to ask the salesman about the size of the couch and delivery. He told us this was his best seller and they had no problems getting it in anywhere, that we shouldn’t worry. The whole experience has been terrible. I don’t usually write bad reviews, but this company has done absolutely nothing to try and fix the mess they made and I’m still waiting for my money.

We went in by chance having never heard of the store and in need of a new living room set after a move. We were helped by Pierre-Jean who was awesome. Incredibly helpful and polite and, unlike many salespeople who will hover around you throughout your visit, gave us plenty of time and space to browse on our own. However any time we had a question he was available to help. Really great service! We were able to purchase everything we wanted within our budget. I'm glad we gave Domon a chance, will be recommending it to friends. Merci Pierre!

Terrible customer service from CHRIS the salesman. I came to the store looking for home accessories and an item I found online. When we arrived, we had to wait for someone to open the door as it is locked. We were greeted by Chris who simply asked us "what do you need from here" and were given 5 minutes to walk around, not allowed to touch anything. After a few minutes he came back to us and asked if we found something. When I showed him the item I found on my phone, he very rudly said "No we don't have this item in store" he then asked us if there was anything else we wanted and when we said we weren't sure he demanded we leave, without letting us even finish looking at all the products. He escorted us outside without even apologizing and we left feeling extremely disappointed. I do not understand how they can allow themselves to treat clients so poorly and in a very condescending tone. Avoid this store at all costs, their "lowered prices" reflect their quality. Simply terrible.
