I had a great experience. The sales representative, Stephan Huot, was awesome. He took the time to listen to what I wanted, and explained which washing machine would best suit my needs. He was very helpful and professional. Thank you for excellent customer service.
Ordered a washer/dryer set that was supposed to deliver the same weekend. I called and found out that the dryer was available but the washer was only available 1 month later. I spoke with Claire who was extremely helpful and found a solution to get me a washer/dryer set within my criteria even earlier than the original shipment date. Thanks Claire, you are awesome!
the only reason i give 1 star is because negative 10 is not available i bought 2 couches with a 5 year warranty for any kind of damage the lady said over and over that even your kids jump on it or what ever, everything is covered, after 1 ripped open and the second started to rip open i called customer service which is basically a joke cause they keep saying someone is going to call you back and no one ever does and no one knows what they are talking about finally after filing a claim online and calling another 10 times still no one calls back even after promises from customer service that this time for sure someone will call you back and after chatting online with the store again and again, i mean how many times can someone promise that someone will call you in the next 48 hours!? someone shows up looks at the couch and says the store will call you within a week which never happens so after 2 weeks i call and they say you can come to the store for a credit to buy a new couch i was so relived UNTILL... i went to the store and only then they say sorry but you are not eligible for the warranty cause the company estimated that is not normal use but don't worry since you cant use your warranty you can come back in 2 years and get a store credit for the amount that you paid for the warranty 399.00 amazing what a JOKE this store is BTW my friend had the same story with a couch that he bought please please please do your selves a favor and stay away from this store or at least be aware of the pain full experience that you will have from an experience that is suppose to bring you joy unfortunately i didn't see all the reviews before buying
Bought a washer and they told us they would pick up the old washer. Was supposed to be delivered in the afternoon but they decided to deliver in the morning and called us 6 times we were unavailable to get ready. Worst thing is that they couldnt pick up the old washer because we put it in front of the house ready to pick up. Apparently its a company policy even though we saved them time and work by removing it beforehand we wanted to clean behind the old washer before installing the new one. Very hard reasoning now im stuck with an old washer in front of the house i'm gonna have to pay someone to remove it ....this is fees I had not planned and wish they would of told me.

Very good service! Seller pressure was really minimal to none. Olena made sure I knew what I was buying. She also offered outstanding after-sale service. The product I received was top quality and delivered on time by very competent movers. Bricks will definitely be my first choice from now on for my furniture needs.

BEWARE - Update December 6th 2022 - editing this review after giving 5 stars.. So my Sony TV's sound is scrap, went on Bricks website and followed the procedure to opened ticket with Brick's extended warranty partner called "Trans Global", a warranty that I paid for when I bought my tv. Tech came in November, determined it was a motherboard issue, told me they might not get the part and they'd have to give me the value of the tv when I bought it. Over a month and a half later, still no sound, tech comes back with new motherboard, installs it, tv won't even turn on! Puts old motherboard back and it works again but still no sound. Calls his supervisor, starts yelling on the phone, saying he wants to get paid even though tv isn't fixed, that new motherboard is DOA and that is not his fault, that it's not the first time Trans Global sends them a lemon, he's saying their doing it on purpose, tech yelling that he wants to quit this job, he's not paid for gas, cursing like crazy in my house, leaves really angry with zero care about me and my TV. No news since. I start calling places. I call this Brick branch in Boisbriand, I hold them accountable for the fact that I paid for extended warranty and more than a month and a half later, I'm in total limbo plus this embarrassing tech situation that's unacceptable. I tell the lady on the phone what just happened with the tech, tells me they can't do anything. I ask to speak to store manager and she says no and that they won't call me back. I insist to speak to someone and changes tone, really not caring at all saying nothing they can do. kReal great brick, this is how you treat your customers? Reached out to Trans Global, they're giving me the runaround saying they're not a TV repair company, that they subcontract to another company called Audio Video RD Inc. Neither Trans Global or Audio Video RD inc. want to file a complaint because apparently the real insurance company is called King and Slate. Reached out to them 2 weeks now via their website, zero returns...I have all the emails to prove it. PLEASE no one buy anything from these people, don't trust their "amazing" extended warranty and it's true when people say buy from Costco, since they do have the best extended warranty. Been a long time customer of the brick, never again! I will be making a complaint to the BBB! Je suis allé chez Brick cette semaine pour acheter une TV et j'ai fait affaire avec Stéphane Huot. J'avais des questions et un budget en tête, il m'a recommandé le modèle que je pensais était le meilleur choix selon mes recherches et ma situation. Pas de BS, il a été formidable, il a vraiment pris soin de moi. Je suis allé aux compétiteurs, les jeunes vendeurs me disaient n'importent quoi, dénigraient des bonnes marques et modèles, se contredisaient, etc... Service professionnel et courtois par Mr Huot, 5 étoiles! 100% satisfait du service, merci encore!
Worst customer service ever. On Friday march 11, 2022 went shopping ,looking for appliances as we were shopping i saw a Pac Man machine and decided to buy it for $281.00 tax in. Sale lady said I had 48 hrs to exchange or return it if something didn't work. Went home and with my luck is was defective. Returned to the store on Sunday March 13th at about 10:20 AM. Went to Customer service to exchange it. The lady behind the counter called the manager to see if it was ok , he asked me ot go get another one and they would exchange. They were starting to proceed with the change and i was told no exchange no refund. I clearly told them i was told 48 hrs by salesperson . Her response was they dont know what the rules are. I replied well maybe you should give the proper training to your sales rep. I asked to speak to the manager and he said no we cannot do it and they gave me an email address on who to contact. Not even the manage knows his own job first he says yes and then he says no. They gave me a hard time for a $280.00 item , well they just lost an order of $8000.00 in appliances. They have been blacklisted and i am not done I will make it public on the horrible horrible customer services. They take your money and then there is a problem they throw you to the wolves. to deal with it on your own. At the same time another couple came in and they have been waiting since December for a repairman for there dishwasher on warranty. That is unacceptable. Needless to say my suggestion to everyone is stay away from that store CUSTOMER SERVICE A BIG ZERO. I will be taking this to the public . As for the stars it is 0 STARS.
Sincerely the worst store ever. Tacky furniture, worst customer service, they don't hesitate to tell you to go to hell. We had a lot of bad experiences at that store last year. They won't be helpful or smiling in any ways. Can't even wrap a simple vase in brown paper I came back home it was broken. Never seen a store like that. Avoid at all costs everybody says it.
