Metro Plus ETS

I am a regular customer of this supermarket, used to buying Hugo++ BCAAs for $39.99. A week ago, I noticed that there was an abnormal 50% discount, and I never passed up such a good opportunity; when I opened it, I felt bitter, the smell unbearable and its texture was abnormal. Worse yet, this product caused me gastrointestinal pain. In the store, to request a refund, I was contacted by a short haired blonde employee putting on glasses who refused to let me explain what the problem was. She opened the product, refused the refund as such without serious examination and sent the product back to me telling me that a refund was impossible once opened. This response is completely unacceptable. Obviously, such a product must be opened to know whether is good or not. It’s shocking with this casual approach and total avoidance of professionalism.

Very rude staff and the type of customers changed during the last years a lot of disrespectful foreigners and student who cut lines and get served by speaking the language of people they know: like a tunisian guy with glasses at the food stand! Will never come back IGA and Avril and so many better choices around! Avoid this place!

Good store. You can find fresh fruits and veggies.

Free underground parking with security cameras, good deals most of the time, self service cash. Very big elevator with wheelchair access.

The best metro in Montreal. Always clean, the kitchen changed a bit and they don’t have as big choice as before and the food is not as good as it was before, but still the best option in town.
