Metro Plus ETS

I was a client for this store more than 3 years but I will stop, terible customer service , I simply asked a person in self check in cash there is red tag on this item she was very rude and said I have a lot to do and brought me another lady to talk with, the other one aggressively come to me said " can you read " this one has no discount on it, and start yeiling at me, I was shocked , I am doing my groceries two or three time per week from this store so I ask for the manger , the manager wasn't able to speak a word of English and said the store manager is on vacation ! A real mess! Very disappointed and won't shop here again!

Clean, nice personel. Good selection. Pricey, but inflation is hitting pretty much everything right now, so I can't say if it's worse there, or if they are usually more expensive than say an IGA. In any case, it's a big store with tons of products, and the meat quality is excellent.

Great place to buy groceries..free parking underground.. prices are going up as inflation is hitting everywhere in Montreal..open late which is good ..but can be busy sometimes and le line at the cashier can be long during evening hours... popular place with ETS students..

My favorite place to go for Groceries. They have a great collection, good vegetables and fruits. The frozen section has hundreds of items and meat section has good quality meat.

Great value and easily accessible. The produce is fresh and they have good offers. Love the hours they close at midnight giving time to come home to settle from work than shop without rushing out to get. Very practical, clean and organized.

It was awful of the staff there. Especially for the pandemic situation. I was wear the mask and came inside the shop, their security stopped me and asking few questions which it’s fine for their job to check the history of travel and so on but suddenly he told me “step back and away” I was like what? It was YOU came to talk to me and I am not moving an inch. How rude it is! Can’t believe that was happen in this shop. If you much fear then should choose not to work.I don’t want to do my groceries and been yelling like that! Since that time, I NEVER back to metro.

Clean, good service. Great food selection. Still the same good, professional service. Still the same good service. It's only VERY inconvenient to find the gluten free products. The manager decided to take it from the isle that had grouped all the gluten free and scattered it with the other regular products. Bad, bad idea. Now, for my gluten free I go to another store

Over priced grocery store.. I'm not sure why but this grocery cost way more than any other metro or grocery store that I've been to.

Just moved into the Griffintown neighbourhood and absolutely love it! Been a longtime patron of Metro Plus grocery but had to switch to IGA - yet another great grocery store - the last couple of years, pandemic location obliged. Felt amazing and comforting to be back! In my experience, this is the biggest location I’ve been to…huge! Plus largest selections of products and the shelves are full in comparison , regardless of the Covid-19 delivery problematics. Very happy and satisfied!
