This Metro recently changed it's hours which are quite inconvenient for weekday runs to pickup last minute items for breakfast, lunches or late night snacks. It also doesn't seem to carry the same quality of fresh food items as the Metro on Lakeshore either. If you can, I suggest making the drive down to Lakeshore to stick with Metro, if you're flexible there are many other options a short drive or bus away.

24 hr service will cost you more on the products but the convenience of it being open at 4 am is magical. Bright, clean, well maintained, but can be poorly stocked in the produce section at night.

It's been a couple of times where I've been treated like if I don't deserve to be there. If you want to feel racism go to this Metro location. I've even had an argument with a manager who didn't doubt to agree with the clerk who treated me in a very racist and disrespectful way. Today I needed to check the price of a product, I approach somebody at the "customer service" desk and she didn't answer my question, until I repeated 3 times, only to let me know that she was not working at that position. And again I got no answer for my question. Sadly, I live across the street and eventually I have to go to that place. My wife love to go there because she has white skin and she'd never experienced this kind of situations. Just avoid it if you can, this "Trump style" is not worth it in Canada.
