This time I’m not changing my review. I gave a bad review before based on poor service/sales. After dealing with Wayne he restored faith in my ability to do business with Bannister GM. I brought my truck in today for an oil change, tire rotation and liner instal. I stressed that the last four visits I had grease either in my rug, or on my door/seat. This time I brought my own disposable floor mat and seat cover. When I got the truck back I had grease/hand marks all over the door and steering wheel! I stressed today about the grease! How many times do I have to say it!nnI don’t buy a $100K+ vehicle to have so little care put into my vehicle. I ship vehicles for a living and I would never give this level of care, or lack thereof to my customers.nnAt this point I’m done with Bannister GM and I won’t be coming back for my other free oil change that came with the purchase of my vehicle. I’m driving to Murray in Abbotsford for all my work.nnBannister. I use these wipes and put on gloves before I get into my customers vehicles. Maybe it’s time you do the same. I hate going home to clean my vehicle.

I just want to say this was the most pleasant buying experience I’ve ever had buying a truck.nFresnel in sales was great and Brooke in finance was just excellent! To the owner of Bannister GM in Chilliwack thank you so very much! The smile on my son’s face when I wheeled him out to see my new truck I’ll never forget. That moment in time is priceless to me. To Fresnel and Brooke thank you for hearing my story and your compassion, you both are fantastic people!

Outstanding experience here, Brett helped me pick out my XT4 with everything I wanted and more! Brett and Mitch helped to secure the best pricing and Jordan was extra helpful walking me through the finance end of things and making sure I had the best add one/warranty for the best cost.nI was eager to take my vehicle that night at close but Mitch was sure to get me back in the shop the for a full detail! The customer service was amazing and I can tell Mitch really cares.nSo happy with the service of Chilliwack Bannister GM!

Just bought a 2024 GMC Sierra Elevation from Bannister GM in Chilliwack and it was an enjoyable experience. Talia was very helpful and answered all my various questions and helped me find the truck I’ve been searching months for, I wish I had come in sooner. Brooke made the financing portion friendly, quick and painless and I was in and out of there in no time. The sales manager Jimmy worked with me on the deal to get the payments to a comfortable number that would work for me and get me in this truck. Having the insurance agent on site was very convenient, Katie from Hub insurance got me hooked up and out of there in a flash. I’m a very happy customer and will be back again.
