It's not easy to find a good honest car lot who can get you what you need at a price you need it for. This team went beyond expectations providing an ubeatable service, we got what we wanted at a price we could afford. I recommend west star motors to all browsing for a new used vehicle .. I wish to share my experience at West Star Motors! The dealership has a clean and friendly atmosphere. Their vehicles were detailed and ready within 2 minutes at the front for me to test drive! The staff are quick to answer questions and they can help you choose what might work for you. If you need to figure out some financing, they know how to make the experience stress-free for the buyer. I noticed that West Star Motors particularly care towards people who are building credit or having financial issues. The staff are genuinely sympathetic and I could see they actually want to help their customers. It is difficult for anyone starting out (or starting over!) to find a balance between affordability and reliability. But the manager is very flexible with tailoring your needs, so if you are a future customer.... don't worry! I did not find the exact vehicle I wanted for my limited budget amount, but West Star Motors has a great selection that changes often. I would recommend anyone to this dealership for their next vehicle purchase :)

Wonderful people, went way above and beyond to get me a vehicle, including driving out to Abbotsford to pick up my mother because she was co-signing not once but twice! And they did so much more I did not expect.

Great experience ! They helped us get a bigger vehicle for our growing family and after having a inspection done at a shop they fixed the problem with no issues. Very good hassle free place to go and amazing people to deal with.

We are very pleased to have done business with this company! They have helped our family on numerous occasions. Most recently they have helped our youngest son get a beautiful new truck for him and his family. West Star Motors has always gone above and beyond to make sure we have been taken care of. We would recommend this company to anyone looking for a new vehicle.
