Although, I did not end up buying a new car from Chilliwack Kia,( only because they didn't have my wife's first colour choice) I have to highly recommend them. I dealt with Alex online through e-mail as I was away on business and trying to buy a new car for my wife. He went above and beyond what was expected, and was very transparent and patient from the start,  he is also very friendly and pleasant to deal with. Their business ethics are high class as compared to a few other dealer's I had tried to deal with and I can't say enough good things. Thank you for your customer service =)

Chilliwack Kia has repeatedly given us the best customer service experience of any car dealership between the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley. They have top of the line vehicles, of which we have purchased several, as well as a team who care about their customers. I highly recommend them. We also highly recommend the Sorento and the Stinger!!

The customer service at Kia Chilliwack is ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING!  It is obvious the staff care about their customers and go out of their way to make sure your experience is all that you hoped for in being SMOOTH and SEAMLESS while getting into an AMAZING new ride! 
Thank you so much to Jerome, whose service made all the difference in my final decision to purchase and also to Cody and Michelle, all of you were so great!

To anyone considering a Kia, (which you likely are if you're reading this) PLEASE DO.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND not only the the impeccable service of the staff but also from what I have experienced thus far with my new car, the Kia brand stands up to its name of providing a HIGH QUALITY product.
