Worst customer service I've ever seen.  You always have to wait because they only ever have 1 teller working.  I dread having to go there because it's always a 10-15 min delay on my day.  Use to live in Hespeler and that branch was hands down the best branch I've been to.  If there is a wait then someone else would help you but not in Brantford!
