I was helped by Andrea today. She is amazing! She was so patient and kind. She went out of her way to help me and I truly appreciate that. She is definitely the true meaning of customer service. 10/10!! Thank you again Andrea. You deserve every good thing!!

I believe my tellers name was Sarah. I could be wrong, she was dressed as a pumpkin for Halloween today at the downtown Brantford location. She was the kindest, most helpful teller I’ve ever come across.nI had some potentially fraudulent transactions on my account and she took the time to go through everything to help make it right. I was honestly considering closing my account at RBC and she definitely changed my mind. She is definitely an asset to the company. Also, while I was there a customer was being irate and she excused herself and tried to diffuse the situation. She needs a raise!!!

RBC has great hours and numerous bank machines.As a Senior I get a rebate back on my bank charges and am grateful for every little bit of help that I can get.

Thank you to the woman teller, that helped me today with the fraud purchase on my visa. The stress you relived me by figuring it out. Making calls on my behalf is appreciated more then you know thank you for going beyond.
